Please accept this email as a commendation for salesperson Marcus Jefferson. Yesterday, my husband and I visited Courtesy Ford and left with a 2025 Mustang Mach-E. To give you a little background, Marcus has literally worked with us for 3 months on getting exactly the vehicle we wanted. He was never pushy and always just found what we were looking for and thought we wanted at any given time. This went on for months until we contacted him about a Mustang Mach-E that was on the lot. He immediately sent videos of all the ones on the lot, and we set up a test-drive appointment. I understand that I will also get a survey, however, I wanted to personally extend my experience with you!
From the initial meeting months ago to seeing him again yesterday, his personality and openness did not change one bit! My husband and I were greeted personally by him in the parking lot upon arrival, and the vibe was as though we had been friends for years.
This is how long-term clients are created and kept. I will recommend Marcus to anyone I know looking for a used vehicle or Ford. Please commend him in private and amongst his peers, as I know he is somewhat new and the boost will help him continue to be successful!!
And as far as the entire staff, they are amazing as well! EVERY, SINGLE person in Courtesy Ford spoke and made sure we were being taken care of! We all even began teasing Marcus about him not having any candy on his desk, and it became a big joke. This seemed more like a friendly get-together than getting a new vehicle. And when Marcus had any questions about the process, everyone who was near stepped in and assisted. There was one individual specifically (forgot his name), but he was so helpful. He sits across from Marcus and been in the business for like 20 plus years. Please commend him as well because we all know what it is like learning anything new. Even the finance/sales manager (not sure of the proper title) was beyond accommodating and personable. It seemed to me that everyone has a role there, knows what it is, and works to perfect their duties and assist anyone who may need it.
I appreciate you taking time to read this and recognize your team as they all deserve it. I am bias to Marcus but can tell you that they all deserve this recognition. We always see how some car dealerships are not welcoming, however, one thing I know for sure is that Courtesy Ford will never be labeled as that! Have a great day!
