Short version bought a pre owned truck from them. Looked at a new the salesman said oh no your payment will be a lot higher well he didn’t even check. A couple weeks later I went back to see about trading and guess what the finance guy was able to match the price of the used one I bought but they would not work with me on just taking the pre owned one back. Even though I put 25,000 down and have bought several vehicles from them. They could have swapped me out I had put less then 800 miles on it. Just shows no loyalty from buying several cars and putting 25k down. Not happy with them and never will buy another one from them or send any family or friends that way. If they cared about loyalty and keeping customers happy they would have swapped me out it would have cost them nothing the truck was still same condition with a few hundred miles difference they would not have lost anything. More
