Deceiving, scammmers, waste of time, and listen to the 1 star reviews. Avoid these guys at all costs. They listed a 2014 HONDA CRV with 58,000 miles. I talk to a guy named Tony from here. I go to take a 2 hour ride to the dealer as I called Tony before as he said oh yeah cars here. I will set you guys a appointment just come. We get there and this place is doing business in a small trailer. There's over 20 customers here. I go in here with my mother and tell a woman Tony set a appointment for us. She said Tony is our internet salesman he's not here right now. I ask if the HONDA CRV is here. The woman oh if it's here it be at that spot. I go out and it's not there. My mother talking to the woman as she asks oh did you see it online? Oh it may be the cars still getting here or it's already sold. The woman asks what color was it. Mom said white and that woman said oh those pictures may be a car that looks like the same car but it may not be that car listed. We get in our car immediately and call Tony once again. His assistant says oh he's out on lunch he's with his family. So not only did we waste 2 hours driving here, Tony lied about that car being there, he also is helping to scam people on the website from that dealer and I put in a big complaint to cancel these guys from ever selling on cars.com at least. I haven't heard anything at all since but please listen to me. This is as of March 2022. DO NOT DO BUSINESS OR LET THEM EVEN TALK TO YOU! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This Guy is a Crook, he buys cars and never fixes anything. He will tell you bring your mechanic to check out the car and if they find anything wrong he will fix. Well guess what? The car has never been checked in the first place. He will have buyers sign a secretive disclosure not to go public with complaints on his stealership. He will lie and say say don't worry it's nothing just typical noise on the car when it needs major repairs. This guy needs a bunch of picket signs in front of his place to show all he's a Crook that has very poor grammar that writes all the POSITIVE reviews on the various car sites about his stealership.

I don't know where to start - this people are scam artist, especially the guy called Jeff and Josh. I bought a C class Benz and car has problems form the date of purchase. I have been at their shop 5 or 6 times, they are no help, Josh guy even pretended like he never sold me the car when he saw me in their office. Now I am stuck with all the repair bills... unfair! but its the reality.

Great experience - Scott was very helpful and no nonsense. No hidden fees, everything was spelled out for me, and I didn't get the impression they were "taking me for a ride" just because I'm female. Very pleasant to deal with and very accommodating - didn't push unnecessary add-ons or services. It also helps to do your research - know what you want to see before you go. This was my first experience flying solo and I am so relieved it was a positive one. :)

Purchased my second car from Vinnie. I am an out of state buyer so I am picky with whom I deal with when I am purchasing anything sight unseen. Just as with my first purchase, Vinnie made the whole transaction very smooth and pleasant. I had a trade in this time around (the wife wanted to upgrade to a Land Rover) so I was nervous about how everything will work out. Vinnie went above and beyond to address any of my concerns and questions. He even offered to do a video call to show me the car before I drove in! He asked me for the information for my trade and gave me a very fair price which I was happy with. When I arrived to Tampa, Vinnie went over all of the options in the car to make sure that I knew as much about the car as he did and boy did I learn a few things! We never felt rushed or pressured at any point which is nice for a change. I was impressed with his honesty and knowledge about cars the first time around but I’m glad to see that this time around was just as pleasant. It was a pleasure working with you again and we will be seeing you soon since my daughter will be turning 16 in a few months!

Purchased a 2006 Clean Car Fax Ford F-350 from Octavio Duran. When I called about the vehicle he stated that there were three things wrong whit the truck. Seats were in poor shape, small nicks and scratches and injector seals. After driving away from the dealer ship the Throttle control indicator came on the dash indicating limp mode. I took it to my local dealer where they showed me the damage from the previous accidents from the front and rear of the truck. Tried to conflict resolute and return the truck. I have the emails showing that he agreed to this. He reneged today on that promise by sending me a letter in the mail. Legal action has been started and I have filed a formal complaint via the Florida Motor Vehicle Safety Division.

No help on a vehicle we have had less than 3 weeks that needs $10,000 to $12,000 in repair that the dealer should have been aware of. We were half way offered an extended warranty in initial discussion about the truck, but knowing we would be driving this vehicle a lot were told it would not be worth it and that the dealer has been in business over 20 years, which lead us to believe we would be dealing with a good company. We trusted that the dealership would stand behind a vehicle owned such a short time, over of week of that time in the shop for diagnostics and the rest of the time in the driveway! Owner does not stand behind their supposed great reputation. I wish we had read the reviews of the dealership prior to purchase, shame on us. Shame on the dealership for not offering some sort of compromise. Please do your research before purchasing a vehicle from this company. I agree with several reviews, BUYER BEWARE!

The actual buying experience went smoothly. However, we traded my car in on this purchase on 3/14 and I just called my previous lender today, on 3/31, to confirm payoff. The loan balance was not paid off within the 10 days and is now showing past due. Update, it's 4/2, still not paid off and they're well past the 10 day payoff that was requested. Nielson at the Orlando location still says the bank should have the check tomorrow. Update, 4/3, bank still hasn't received payment, payoff is now $150 more than when requested. We ended up just paying it off over the phone. Called Hertz and now Nielson says that the electronic payment wasn't sent to the bank until 4/1, so they didn't pay until we called asking about it. He argued with my husband that this is business as usual with them. So, takenote, don't bother with them.

I paid 3k down and they showed the car 4k more on the loan!!! Dirt bags! They take advantage of people with poor credit and over charge, lie, cheat and steal from you!

Classic used car tricks. Spent hours their discussing and finalizing terms verbally, then they tried to claim they got the terms confused because I was "looking at other cars too and those cars had warranties but not the car you picked out" Baloney. They tried to upsell me on different cars but I never expressed serious interest in any of them. But they claimed that their warranties only applied to certain cars. They could have made that clear from the beginning.

We recently purchased a vehicle here, and the experience was excellent. Tracy, Ashley and the staff are all professional. We had some concerns after we purchased the vehicle, and their mechanics checked it out and reassured us that all was running as it should. Buying a used car is very scary, not knowing what you may get. Autowise is upfront with their CarFax reports, servicing of the vehicles and allowing customers to have the vehicle inspected prior to purchasing. This transaction was very transparant, and we felt like the staff really does care about their customers. I received a call back from Tracy to make sure I got home ok because I was driving in a bad rain storm. Her phone call was very much appreiated. Thank you Tracy, Ashley, Spencer, Jose, Kris and staff for all your help with our car purchase. We love the car and hope to have many years of driving pleasure.

Paid around 17k for the vehicle and monthly repairs. Paid it off it broke down and I was told it was 10k to fix. They were rude and told me it was my problem since I paid it off. Awful experience. Do not use their mechanics. They took out my drive shifter supposedly rebuilt the engine and transmission. Everything was messed up. I was in tears. Carmen was the best. Next, we were looking at the Jeeps, as I requested. Small selection; not exactly what I wanted. Lance had the exact Jeep i wanted shipped up from Naples, Fl., in 3 days! Brought my wife with me! Best car buying experience hands down We drove 2.5 hours from the west coast to see the truck on a Sunday and John the owner came in personally on the day they were closed for us to look at a Nissan Titan they had and we took it home same day.The process took no longer than 2 hours for everything to be done and the truck had very little issues with it . I also want to thank Marina for her amazing customer service over email. She sent me 2 buyers orders with out the door prices immediately upon asking and we had to go visit.
