there are dozens of people that were scammed by Marcio Santos, there are pending law suites against him in Florida. M. Santos just took money from clients to get them brand new cars and people never received cars or money back. Positive reviews which are written on this web site are fake, made by M. Santos. This guy has no soul, he lies right into your eyes and takes advantage of fact that police doesn't arrest him, cause they say its civil issue.

I would never do business with this company again. They charged me $2200 for absolutely terrible work they did painting my wheels (they only painted the front of them and that's peeling). I have texts from **** saying she didn't know that the third party company they gave this work to only painted the front and for the price they charged it was 'unacceptable '. The paint has already peeled off. ******** painted, they did that twice and it's all peeled off. Wheel lights which they fitted incorrectly 3 times and an auxilary horn which stopped working within a week. They had my car in the shop for a month. A MONTH!! Despite promises from them to put it right they never did. I have full documentation of them admitting the work was bad (texts from **** and ****) admitting it was their fault but chasing them to get things done was exhausting. They promised time again to put it right or refund me. Neither happened despite me calling and texting constantly. They simply don't answer or return calls. I now have to pay to get everything done again. Terrible experience.*** UPDATE 1/10/24 ***AFTER ONE OF THE OWNERS ***** REACHED OUT TO ME PROMISING TO MAKE GOOD, I'VE SPENT THE LAST WEEK ONCE AGAIN GETTING THE RUNAROUND. I WAS PROMISED A REFUND BY A FORMER EMPLOYEE **** BUT THIS NEVER HAPPENED AND NOW AGAIN ITS UP TO ME TO MAINTAIN CONTACT AND ALL I'M GETTING ARE MESAGES 'WE ARE AT AN AUCTION'. i had bought a 1999 blazer from matera motors for $5000.When the deal was made he had promised to fix a oil leak and replace faulty parts for the deal.When i took the truck home i noticed that the oil leak was still present.I then took the blazer to a certified chevy dealer the mechanic handed me a list of problems that made my heart fall out of my chest.He said that matera had not fixed the problem and the man said the best thing would be to take it back it was a lemon.Not to mention i had a warrinty for the engine which matera refused to honor.I fought tooth and nail for matera to fix the problem he promised, not counting the many others.Eventually through contacting autorities he promised to pay for half of the enginge work with help from local legal authority.Well he then took back his word and decided not to help with any of the problems.I was pressured through going broke tring to fight this crook in court or pay myself.I had to invest another $4000 to have the truck run and still to this day i have contuning problems.This man will stab you in the back I DONT LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!So here is your warning do not buy a car or truck from this man his objective in business is to buy broken cars put a bandaid on it then screw you over so you have to invest thousands into the car.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Thay are the worse dealer Im buy a car . they saling a Huanday, Veloster 2014. With the engine light and sensor light on. Thet said; they are going to fix the situation past three weeks, I was calling every week to the mechanic. The mechanic give me a lot excusese. Yesterday their mechanic telling me they are in bankruptcy and the moving and closed the the dealer. I need to do this. They are stilling people money doing that. Selling car in bad conditions. No rate. Need to investigate this people.

I've told my car guy friends about this place. Can't find what you want, tell them what you're looking for. Let them do the work and find that car or truck for you. I'm a customer of theirs, trust me I'm not easy to please. They hit a homerun when they found my car.

I bought an expensive car at this place. Later, I discovered that the car had been in a serious accident and I was not told about it even though I had specifically asked them before the purchase.. They ignored me when I contacted them about it, and have refused to do anything about it even though they sold me damaged goods without telling me about it, leaving me with the problem which will always greatly reduce the value of this car. The value of the car I purchased is about 60% of what I paid due to the undisclosed accident damage! I would stay very far away from this place even though it looks like they have great cars there. In reading some other reviews, I see I'm not the only one who has been ripped off by this outfit. BEWARE!

Don't Buy a Car from Prestige in Northport FL - Disgusted Customer

Tried to purchase a vehicle here. These guys are not professional at all. They operate out of a "hole in the wall" warehouse building in Northport FL. Dmitry is only available by phone and no one else can make a deal there with you. I negotiated a price, and Dmitry is not flexible at all by the way, and then when he emails the final numbers, he adds bogus dealer and doc fees totaling almost another $500! Where I come from, you don't agree to a price and THEN add fees later that were never discussed or never part of the deal. I can understand adding tax, registration and title charges, but not the other bogus fees. Then, things were missing (like an extra key, remote for keyless entry and start, etc) and Dmitry refuses to provide them or reduce the price for the missing items. Buy a vehicle anywhere but not from these dishonest people.

This has by far been the BEST car buying experience I've had. I was practically in and out in bo time (who wants to spend a day at a car dealership?). I recently bought a 2003 Corvette there with 91k miles on it. Before I made a deal with him I made sure to actually have TWO mechanics look it over and knew the repairs I needed to make before I returned. Pat gave me the keys to the vehicle, put a dealer tag on it and told me to take my time with a test drive and to let someone look it over. After inspecting it I found a lot of MINOR things that had to be done and they are as follows; repair passenger side headlight motor, flush antifreeze/coolant and refill, repair passenger side visor clip, repair HUD (heads up display that displays on the windshield), repair tire pressure monitoring system and clear one service code that was the result of a recall that was already completed. There are also a couple of minor cosmetic issues in the interior and with the convertible top. They are 10 years old and it was driven so this is fully expected with a used car. Was I mad? Not in the least. Also, when I negotiated the deal I ended up having Pat promise to repair the headlight motor and he stood by his word and did so. Two of the other repairs I have already completed myself and it cost me a total of $0 in parts. Also a third will cost $0 but it will take me all day for the repair and I haven't had time to do it yet. The coolant flush and refill cost me $13 I think for the 50/50 Dextron coolant. The few things that are left to do will be relatively inexpensive and do not hinder the safety of the vehicle. I know full well when buying a used vehicle, there was a reason the previous owner got rid of it. This one runs beautifully which is shocking considering most Corvette owners drive the car how it was designed to be driven (hard). I waited for almost a month before posting this review to make sure nothing drastic happened. I've been driving it daily and will continue to do so I'm sure.

If you want a nice car, a car that you will get your money worth, a car that will not break down on you within the 1st few months NEVER GO TO BE APPROVED USED CARS!!! They sold 2 bad cars. I had to pay over $1,500 in repairs for the 1st car, Audi A4. The head gas blew & the engine was wearing out extremely bad. I traded in the Audi (8/24/2015) under the impression that getting a less expensive on repairs car (2013 Nissan Altima) would give me less problems. Within the 1st week I had several problems with the 2nd car. The windows wouldn't let down, the seats didn't move, the car would slow down/wouldn't accelerate when I made turns (which could potential cause an accident), the air conditioning stopped working & would only come on at times only when I was driving, the body control module is broken, etc. I reported all of this within the 1st week of owning the vehicle. Still nothing done. I was sent to the mechanic. But, they wasn't cooperating with the mechanic themselves. Gabriel Castro lied & said that he was ordering the pieces to repair the Nissan. But, the mechanic that was going to fix the car confirmed that Gabriel was lying. They also never came through with pieces that were missing/broken on the Audi. The Audi is in terrible condition yet they put it back on the lot (to sell it to someone else who would fall for their scheme). They constantly kept lying & giving me the run around about it. Be Approved Used Cars also hasn't paid the remainder balance (a little under $10,000) on the Audi I traded in, which soon will go to delinquency & reflect my credit. As far as that, they still haven't paid the remainder balance of my 1st car. Keep your money. Don't go there & waste it with these scammers. They also told me to never call them back. Even though they owe on 1 of my cars & I still have a piece of xxxx Altima through them.

A few days later I read that this company has many cars for $2500 and that is the down payment. A few days after that a salesman contacted me. By then I was ignoring them. Bait and switch!

Sold my car there at the end of Florida season and looked around on their lot for a newer car to purchase next October when I will be back. Good appraisal compared with other dealers in the area. Selling process pleasant and quick. First price was a low ball thing and I rejected it - after 20 mins the dealership called back and they said they have a better offer which I accepted. They have lots of interesting cars for everybody but they are priced on the high side. You have to know what you want and really read and understand the CARFAX report. Have not tried bargaining because I was not ready to buy. Will come back there.
