I had a great experience at CarMax and would absolutely recommend them. I came in with a pretty unique and challenging situation. Despite my less-than-ideal circumstances, the CarMax team took the time to work with me and find a solution. They helped me get approved, found a vehicle that I genuinely liked, and structured payments that fit within my budget. The financing isn't perfect, but it's something I can comfortably manage until I'm able to refinance in the future. A special thank you to the young lady who helped us—I believe her name was Lilly. Her patience, professionalism, and kindness throughout the process were incredible. She new how stressfull this was or me, but she answered all of our questions, never made us feel rushed, and stuck with us through every step of the process. Buying a car can be stressful, especially when you're dealing with negative equity and financial challenges, but CarMax made the experience far easier than I expected. This was my second car I bought from and the fourth from CarMax. ( 2 in Calif.). All my interactions with the varies employees was great. There were a few items missed when CarMax inspected the car. Got a great deal on a vehicle I had been looking for for some time. It was below the KBB retail price and is in great shape. The vehicle was moved from FLorida to SC in a weeks time. Dont trust their prices What a joke. Selling my car. I knew the KBB price. They offered my $4500.00 lower than used price and $7500.00 less than what I know they can get fo What a joke. The said no haggle, will not discuss, take it or leave it. So I took there advise and left going the street to QAuto.. Never said a word to them that I knew KBB price or that I went to CARMAX. They quoted me $2700.00 more than CARMAX AND, went on to tell me the KBB price AND what they were going to try and sell it for. What? I never heard of such a thing. . Don't even waste your time with CARMAX or for that matter any dealer especially with a logo that says - "One price, no haggle". Do your home work. Knowledge is power!!!! More
