Get car inspected by the actual dealer $200 maybe, but save yourself a ton of headache in the end.

Well... The carmax people never even bothered to reply back to my inquiry. So there isn’t much to say or review other then complete lack of service and communication.

Got a great deal on a vehicle I had been looking for for some time. It was below the KBB retail price and is in great shape. The vehicle was moved from FLorida to SC in a weeks time. Very easy transaction. great job CarMax!

What a joke. Selling my car. I knew the KBB price. They offered my $4500.00 lower than used price and $7500.00 less than what I know they can get for it. What? I understand you got to make a profit but come on. The said no haggle, will not discuss, take it or leave it. So I took there advise and left going the street to QAuto.. Never said a word to them that I knew KBB price or that I went to CARMAX. They quoted me $2700.00 more than CARMAX AND, went on to tell me the KBB price AND what they were going to try and sell it for. What? I never heard of such a thing. . Don't even waste your time with CARMAX or for that matter any dealer especially with a logo that says - "One price, no haggle". Do your home work. Knowledge is power!!!!
