I was able to get an appointment to address a check engine light issue first thing the next business day. The diagnosis was quick, but a part needed to be ordered, so I was given a loaner vehicle to have overnight which was much appreciated. The repair was done first thing the next morning, and the cost was what I expected. Trace from the service department and the woman who processed the paperwork for the loaner were both a pleasure to work with, and I would not hesitate to bring my car back for service.
