Jacob, Megan, YoYo, & Damian were absolutely amazing. Megan spoke to me a few days earlier I was kind of on the fence about the whole car buying thing she reassured me that everything would be fine. She’s actually a woman of her word and went above and beyond to help me. The wow experience I had at this dealership was amazing. Damian came all the way to the gas station after I called to ask what type of gas I needed to put in the vehicle and gave me a full tank of gas. That’s the way you take care of your customers. Yoyo was super nice and even gave my grand daughter a crown now she really thinks she’s a princess lol. If you want a great car buying experience stop by Mitsubishi of Vero Beach you will be pleased. Sigourney was my first contact and seemed like an old friend. She quickly pin pointed what I wanted and invited me in for a test drive. Jeavaun went on my test drive and explained the features. He was very patient with all my questions. He was so knowledgeable about Volvos. As he talked my excitement grew about Volvo. I put money down and was out the door. They called when my car came in and I was thrilled with the look of my car. This dealership is a 45 minute drive for me, however; it was so worth it! I consider them all dear friends. I believe we will be friends for a very long time. I also believe I will be driving a Volvo for a very long time. My car is an absolute dream! Thank you so much.

After other dealers and awful experience, we reached out to them seeing exactly the car of my interest. I got a call from Luis Flores sales manager and made an appointment, shortly thereafter I received a text with an introduction to “Ellio” who would be assisting us . When we arrived the car was waiting, tested it , loved it and went in for the deal. Let’s face it. Buying a new or used car is stressful and it can be a draining experience. Over the years, I’ve purchased many new and used vehicles and have had many of the same negative shared experiences. Alas! Coconut Creek Subaru has since changed my negative opinion of the car buying process… forever! Well, at least this time anyhow. The lease was up and I needed a new ride. So, I went online to browse the Subaru inventory in Coconut Creek. There, I found the website along with the details and photographs of each vehicle easy to find and navigate. After conducting an extensive search, I found what I was looking for and briefly reached out with my inquiry to the dealership. Soon thereafter, (within minutes) I was contacted by Sales Consultant Connor Bleakly from the Subaru dealership in Coconut Creek. Connor was very professional, courteous, informative and eagerly listened to what I had to say with a list of my expectations. Well? He delivered! After going over many models and various trim lines, Connor scheduled an appointment to meet, (sacrificing his own schedule - sorry girlfriend), to accommodate mine. When we finally met, Connor was prepared and ready to go. He even had the a/c turned on to cool down the vehicle I sought. Even after taking multiple test drives, in multiple vehicles, Connor had the best demeanor and patience. He gladly walked me through every process and explained them as we went along. Connor not only sold me a car, he sold me an unforgettable, positive experience with Coconut Creek Subaru. Never, I have I ever been treated so well by a car dealer, (thank you Subaru Coconut Creek), for allowing Conner to be my sales representative. To Connor, thank you for being the first sales guy to have met and exceeded my goals and needs! More dealership sales people should learn from you. I also need to extend my sincere gratitude to Sales Manager Ian Zwick for not putting me through that long back and forth haggle process and allowing me to obtain the terms to my liking.
