I brought my 2019 Nissan Sentra to Veteans Ford for oil change, filter, and tire rotation. The service was prompt. I enjoyed a latte with an extra shot of espresso in their comfortable waiting area. Made t change, filter, and tire rotation. The service was prompt. I enjoyed a latte with an extra shot of espresso in their comfortable waiting area. Made two phone calls, and, voila, my vehicle was washed and ready. I actually wished it would have taken longer. Price was reasonable for synthetic oil. Why a Ford Dealership for a Nissan? I bought two cars from this Dealership. When I've looked around, other places just sell cars. Here, they help people. More

I recently brought my vehicle in to Veterans Ford to have some extended warranty work performed. They worked with the warranty company to get approval for the repairs, which I know took several calls to get some extended warranty work performed. I am writing to document a highly frustrating and unprofessional experience with the service department at Veterans Ford. I brought my Ford Expedition in for standard, routine maintenance, specifical unprofessional experience with the service department at Veterans Ford. I brought my Ford Expedition in for standard, routine maintenance, specifically an oil change and a tire rotation. Given the vehicle type, I anticipated a standard bill. Instead, the service advisor presented me with a quote for $930. They attempted to justify this cost by packaging it as a "30,000-mile service." However, upon reviewing the breakdown, the bulk of this massive charge consisted of arbitrary visual inspections, charging an exorbitant amount of money simply to "check" various components, along with basic air filter replacements at a heavy markup. They actively push bloated packages filled with unnecessary fluff to drastically inflate the bill. When I explicitly refused the $930 quote and told them I was leaving, the advisor suddenly "found a miraculous coupon" to bring the price down into the $800 range. This tactic is completely unacceptable. A customer should not have to haggle with a dealership's service department, nor should they have to threaten to walk out just to get a slightly less offensive price. A reputable service center provides fair, transparent pricing from the start. I do not have the time to fight for reasonable rates every time my vehicle needs an oil change, and customers should not have to arrive armed for a negotiation just to avoid being ripped off. I am filing this complaint to warn other drivers. If you go to Veterans Ford, expect to be upsold on unnecessary services and be prepared to fight against hidden fees and inflated estimates. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to a service center that values transparency and respects its customers' time and money. More
