I am not sure which Miracle Toyota this is. If the SC one, they had immediate response to my inquiry, and follow up. If the Haines city one, all good there also, except their ad online needs serious upgrading. I traded our 2025 Premium 4Runner to the Haines City Toyota, and bought a new Tacoma. I am going to purchase a new 2026 Premium 4Runner in August or September, and trade my 2025 TRD 4WD Tacoma with 8655 miles on the odo. VIN : 3TYLB5JN6ST099118. I do not know the manager we dealt with at the Haines City location, he was very positive of us getting a deal we were happy with.

I cannot say enough about this dealer and their service department. I went in for noisy struts on the rear hatch. I had purchased an extended warranty from another dealer. I thought it was from Toyota wrong. Travis tracked down the company that was covering the warranty. The warranty company was changed twice. He spent about two hours and finally got the answers we needed. The struts were ordered I went back to get them installed. Travis was not there but he told Chris all about the situation. Work was done in a little over an hour, and I was out the door with my repaired car. I cannot say enough about this dealership compared to the other dealer. They are great and cannot do enough for you. Will go here for general maintenance for sure. A big thanks to Travis and Chris.

Ordered AWD, Delivered FWD — Possible Bait and Switch On 5/28, I placed a $500 deposit for a 2026 RAV4 XLE Premium AWD and was told to expect delivery in 2-3 weeks. I called weekly for status updates while my elderly parents were waiting on transportation to medical appointments we had to postpone. On 6/25, the sales agent called to say my car arrived but never mentioned it wasn't the car I ordered. Before signing anything, I ran the VIN they provided and discovered it was a FWD model, not the AWD I specifically ordered and paid a deposit on. When I confronted the agent, he called back saying no AWD was available and another 50-60 days would be needed — and offered only $200 off as compensation. Toyota's own customer service confirmed the FWD-to-AWD difference is $1,400. It gets worse. The MSRP on the replacement car was higher than what I originally agreed to, making my out-the-door price $700 more than what I put my deposit down on. When I escalated to the General Manager, Jared White, he claimed he didn't know what happened to my original car, said I already received a big discount, and that there was nothing more he could do because "it's a popular car." I strongly suspect my original AWD order was sold to another buyer at a higher price, and this FWD vehicle was offered as a substitution hoping I wouldn't notice the difference. Had I not personally verified the VIN before purchasing insurance, I would have driven away believing I had an AWD vehicle — only to find out on an icy road in New York this winter. I filed complaints with both Toyota corporate and the Costco Auto Program (through which I received my discount) and have not received a callback from the dealer. Based on other reviews I've read, this is not an isolated incident at this dealership — customers are promised one vehicle on paper and handed something different at pickup. This was a deeply frustrating and dishonest experience. Buyer beware — always verify your VIN before signing anything.

I always use this location for my service appointments and yesterday was by far the least communication and awful service I’ve ever received. I had to reach out to the advisor I usually use just to get updates on my vehicle that was sitting around waiting to know what I wanted to do about an issue it had. Scott is by far the worst advisor I’ve ever come across at this location. No communication AT ALL from drop off to pick up. When I was dropping the car off he was too worried about how he dropped his phone instead of getting my number down for contact. When picking up my vehicle, I arrived at his desk and instead of immediately greeting me, he decided to keep tapping his mouth to his co workers as if it was lunch time. Monster cans and crackers all over his desk. Just in all very unprofessional compared to what I’ve dealt with in the past. It’s a great location just some people need to be weeded out.

Edited: I previously gave 2 stars due to lack of inspection on a used car that was sold to me and immediately had issues a week after driving off the lot. Chris, the sales advisor, reached out to rectify this problem immediately. They got me scheduled at my earliest convenience and will fix it free of charge. He was very professional and apologized multiple times about the mishap. I greatly appreciate him and his teams for reaching out to me and being able to handle the previously stated grievance!
