I bought my Genesis here 1 year ago. Never felt customer service was great. I've been trying for almost six weeks to scheduled my scheduled maintenance as well as two recalls and no one will return my calls, nor can you schedule on line. I keep getting a promise from someone that they are working on getting back to me, but every time I ask that point of contact (someone in sales I think), I just get the same reply. For a premium brand, it's anything but from a dealership/service stand point.

Service dept. is deplorable , unprofessional and lack communication skills.My car was there for 2 weeks and 1 day when it was only suppose to be there no more than 2 days. They don't offer the GENEAIS EXPERIENCE. They provided a loaner car that eas filthy inside.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Crown Genesis of St. Petersburg, Florida I am beyond frustrated with the customer service at Crown Genesis of St. Petersburg, Florida. In my experience, their business practices lack professionalism, and I believe they are conducting questionable operations. On September 30, I took my car in for two recalls and to address wind and rain intrusion that occurred during Hurricane Milton (on 10/10). However, as of today, my vehicle has not been release. The Genesis representative, Brad I interacted with was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Additionally, the service manager, Ryan has been unresponsive, refusing to return calls or communicate in any way. I have attempted to escalate the issue to their corporate headquarters, but even they have been ignored by the staff at Crown. Buyers, please be aware that this dealership does not uphold the quality or luxury service you would expect from a brand like Genesis. This has been a truly disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when considering their services. This poor level of customer service is unacceptable, and I will continue to raise awareness of the situation.

Took them a week to replace a bumper they estimated to take one day. Did not contact me to inform me repairs would take longer and did not return half of my phone calls. Did not appreciate the general attitude of Mr. Woods or his supervisor. Courtesy driver was quite nice.

Clean, comfortable, and the work was done on time. It was like being in a Lexus dealership except Lexus provides pastries and cookies instead of pretzels. This was in the Hyundai dealership as the Genesis showroom/service next door is a few weeks from opening. Scheduling the appointment on the computer was exceptionally easy. I'm 79 and have, probably, dealt with 50+ dealerships involving the 100 or so cars my family has owned in the 6 states where we have lived. Hyundai/Genesis of Central Florida was the best of all (save for the lack of pastries or cookies)

I have owned Mercedes, infinitys, Cadillacs and Corvettes. Genesis service is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. It is nonexistent. I purchased a new 2024 Genesis GV 70 from Genesis Of Melbourne. I was assured Service would not be an issue at this Hyundai dealer selling Genesis. I’ve given up trying to speak to a Genesis service representative at the dealership since it is impossible.. I have owned my new 2024 Genysis GV 70 for six months. I have decided to get rid of it due to lack of service at this dealership. Great car, terrible dealer. Based on my experience with Genesis Of Melbourne, I do not recommend doing business with them.
