I drive over 25 miles to get to Headquarter Hyundai in Sanford to get my routine service done. Because I know Cameron will take care of me and my car!!! I have been purchasing or leasing vehicles for 35 years and will be purchasing from Gettel for the next 35 years! 4 yrs ago I purchased a GV70 from Gettel and had a wonderful experience both from a sales aspect as well as servicing the vehicle for 4 yrs. All of that is what brought me back to purchase a 2025 GV70 a few days ago. I decided to go from my advanced package and bought a 2.5T sports prestige. After driving it 24 hours, I knew I was unhappy. I immediately called Lucio and told him I wanted to return the car for a GV70 2.5T advanced package. He called me back (he was off that day!) That is when even more magic happened. They not only honored their 3 day buyers exchange program, they made sure I got my #1 choice of color even though they didn’t have it in stock. Dean, Raphael and Lucio literally moved heaven and earth to find the exact vehicle I wanted…going all the way to Miami! Even Steven in finance made unwinding and winding of the paperwork, etc a very easy experience. Honestly, if you are looking to purchase or lease a Genesis, make the first best decision for yourself and go to Gettel of SARASOTA…even if you live in Lakewood Ranch…go to Genesis Sarasota. I have had many positive and negative buying experiences at dealerships over the last 35 years, but never have I had one so authentic than at Genesis Sarasota, even after I wanted to exchange the new GV70 for a different package after driving it for a day! The icing on the cake was they never gave up and found the color combination that was my first choice and I wanted 4 years ago, but wasn’t available. Now I can’t wait to have this vehicle serviced at their new location this summer! I can’t thank Dean, Raphael, Lucio and Steven enough!!

Leo was amazing from the time we saw his smiling face as we entered the dealership to the big hug I got when we left. Leo is very personable, knowledgeable, and available. If you are looking for a new or used Genesis, look him up. You won’t be sorry.

My car search has been going along for 2 or 3 months.... different brands, different dealerships, different experiences. I recognize that right now is the worst time possible to be looking for a car. (2021 - chip shortage - 10% over MSRP, etc etc) - My experiences thus far dealing with my trade-in, dealing with silly dealer fees, being treated as though, unless I wanted to pay far above MSRP, I was literally invisible to sales people. My first experience with Hampton Genesis was far and away different from every other interaction I have had, whether it be in person or on the phone prior to today. Today was a joy. I was greeted on the phone by Dan Ewbank. Please ask for him should you be interested in a Genesis. The word that comes to mind with regard to his persona and character is, Kind. He is the antithesis of 'pushy' - he merely goes about his interactions with kindness, calm, compassion, and professionalism. I ultimately didn't buy the G80 I went there for..... but it was for reasons in my head, having nothing to do with my time at Hampton. Every person there was wonderful. Everything was incredibly transparent and fair. The numbers really were the real numbers. I had complete trust in what was happening during my time there. The Sales Manager (I think) was equally engaging, fair, transparent, and professional. This dealership has single-handedly made me a Genesis customer and when the time is right, a Genesis owner. Thanks Dan Ewbanks for your efforts and your time.

The entire staff made us feel welcome however, after the deal was done, we turned the next day to pick up a few things we left in our trade in the car and I must be honest. The vibe wasn’t quite as warm that morning as it was earlier perhaps because it was New Year’s Day and everyone was tired, so I’ll keep an eye on that but overall wonderful place to do business and yes, I would recommend it to anyone.👍🏽👍🏽

Very cooperative prior to sale. Purchased 2024 Genesis GV80 at a fair price. Drove over 3 hours to pick up car. Everything was resolved before I got to dealership. I dealt with A.J. Borges and sales rep Devon. Waited at dealership over four hours to close deal and car detailed. When I got home, realized front mats were missing. Waited to Monday to talk to A.J. Advised he would check with detailing for mats. I called back later pm Monday. He advised detailing did not have mats. I asked him how were we going to resolve. The printed official vehicle description specifically showed “ carpeted floor mats”. He said that was for a new car and hung up on me. If you buy from Wallace Genesis make certain the car is exactly as described as they will not stand behind their representations.

I hate to say it but they have the worst service department. If you have a Genesis and need to schedule service for a recall it will never happen. Either you get voice mail or someone who says they will schedule it and call you. They never call you back. I've been trying to get service since March. I've even involved the district service center. The cars may be great but if you ever need service you are screwed.

My name is Ladislau Hajos. I’m escalating an ongoing service failure at Genesis of West Palm Beach involving a safety-related issue on my 2025 Genesis GV70 (intermittent rear view camera failure). This is a follow-up to my email dated Saturday, January 24, 2026. That same day I received a call from Mr. Emmanuel Vallejo, General Manager, who acknowledged the poor handling by the Service/Maintenance Department and promised to call me back on Monday, January 26 by 12:00 noon after speaking with Mr. Henry Cabrales (Service/Maintenance Manager). No follow-up occurred. It is now 1 PM Kanuary 26, 2026. I also emailed Mr. Cabrales on Friday, January 23 and received no response. The only person I have dealt with directly is Matt Hobson (service advisor). I previously left my vehicle for five days and picked it up with no repairs completed and no clear timeline. This level of communication and execution is unacceptable especially for a rearview camera safety feature on a low-mileage vehicle. It is also deeply disappointing because I previously received timely, professional service at this same location when it was Napleton. Since the Lithia takeover, the experience has been the opposite. I have visited this dealer on multiple occasions since I have always owned a Hyundai and have had curiosity when new models come out. On all my visits, every single salesperson would work against me. Mr. Oscar Torres has been the only salesperson to provided me with a great deal at a price I wanted to pay. Buying a car at the dealer is a terrifying experience for some but it moves effortlessly when you have a salesman like Mr. Torres on your side.

Horrendous experience. A/c broke. They told me 8 WEEKS minimum to fix, no loaner. Brought to different dealership (king genesis in Deerfield). They fixed my a/c in 24 hours! Never ever ever again would I use this dealership and I have bought THREE different cars from them over the past 3 years.
