On May 29, 2026, I purchased a BMW X6 from BMW of Pompano Beach, located at 744 N Federal Hwy, Pompano Beach, FL 33062. Based on my experience, I believe the financing terms were presented in a manner that prevented me from fully understanding my true financial obligation. Despite repeatedly asking salesperson Jeremy Rivas questions about the total cost of the transaction and the amount I would ultimately be responsible for paying, the discussion was consistently directed toward my BMW X1 trade-in, my $15,000 down payment, and my monthly payment of $1,444.79. A balloon payment of $42,568.75 is not a minor detail. It is one of the most significant terms of the entire transaction. The fact that this obligation was never clearly explained to me, despite my repeated efforts to understand the financing structure, raises serious concerns regarding the transparency and fairness of the sales process. As a customer, I left the dealership with a completely different understanding of my financial obligation than what I later discovered through BMW Financial Services. I feel that critical information was withheld or inadequately disclosed during the negotiation process. Had this obligation been clearly and transparently explained, I would never have agreed to this financing arrangement. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and full disclosure when making financial commitments of this magnitude. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Jeremy Rivas at BMW of Pompano Beach. The manner in which this transaction was presented left me with the impression that material financing terms were intentionally minimized or not adequately disclosed during the sales process. This significantly impacted my understanding of the agreement and influenced my decision to proceed with the purchase. More
Every visit is disappointing and frustrating. Sales representative Karl Thomasson lied about post sale services. Service manager ANDRES GUTIERREZ just kept my car for a day doing nothing without any updates. Service director Frank de Varona doesn’t help except “sorry for your experience”. So maybe I am unlucky but 2 years in a row it’s nothing except wasting of time and money. Financial Manager promised you an ultimate care but in reality you are begging for every service treated to be charged and need to call asking for a status updates because application link they texted you for automatic updates does show a blank page only. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. I usually service my vehicle at Vista BMW Coconut Creek on Lyons Rd and have always had excellent experiences there. Since they were fully booked, I tried this Pompano location for the first time — and unfortunately, I regret that decision. 🚗 I recommend thoroughly inspecting your vehicle before leaving this service department triple check. We had an extremely disappointing experience at this dealership, and I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from this location due to their unethical practices and poor customer service. After being persistently contacted by their salesperson, we agreed to a deal for $52,000 out-the-door, inclusive of all taxes, registration, and associated fees. We then drove approximately eight hours to finalize the purchase. Upon arrival, however, they claimed necessary changes to the vehicle, increasing the price to $57,000—clearly exploiting our commitment and travel investment. Furthermore, despite my exceptional credit score of 826, they bypassed BMW's financing options and insisted on using Ally Bank, resulting in an unfavorable 8% APR. To compound matters, the finance department was notably rude when I declined to add optional protection packages. Overall, this dealership engages in deceptive tactics, rudeness, and customer exploitation; I highly recommend avoiding them entirely. More
