Bruno Pignano, the General Manager, was incredibly respectful, welcoming, and truly made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked into the store. His professionalism sets the tone for a positive environment. Cristian Damelinez, our sales consultant, was outstanding. He was extremely patient, informative, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Shopping for a vehicle as a woman can sometimes feel intimidating and nerve-wracking, but Cristian took his time, asked thoughtful questions, and genuinely helped us narrow down the right vehicle based on our needs and comfort level. His approach made the entire process feel supportive and empowering. I also want to recognize Rob Gannon, the General Sales Manager, who was amazing and went out of his way to personally check on me and my family to make sure we were being treated well. I went back and worked with Tony who….was… AMAAAAAZING! He never hesitated to answer my questions, didn’t avoid them or use any sales tactics! He was very matter of fact and if anything really went to bat for me when talking to finance getting my GAP included in the negotiation! If anyone is wanting a straight forward experience I would suggest working with Tony. His office is right by the coffee machine! I also have to give some love the Finance Director Jay who more than made up for not charging me the correct down payment when I signed but instead gave me a full tank of gas to offset the $15 credit card fee! Be sure to do your service with this rm also and they send you coupons for discounted service and oil changes so there’s no need to go where if a synthetic oil change is costing you 29.99 and free the month of your bday!

I went into the dealership this past Saturday to get my wife's 2023 Nissan Altima an oil change. We had bought this care from the same dealership and I loved the experience. While there we just decided to inquire about any specials or deals they might have to get my wife into something new. I worked with my usual salesperson called Hani who was very professional and courteous towards us. After searching my wife settled on a 2026 Nissan Rogue Platinum for a little bit more than she was paying for her 2023 car. Finance Manager Johnathon Rosario was very professional and got us a good loan from my credit union with the first 3 months no payment due. This is now the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and Hani was my salesperson for them all. I would definitely recommend this dealership I did not feel pressured at all.

Best dealership experience EVER! Had a wonderful experience here at Nissan of Vero beach. Danny Galloway our salesman was down to earth and worked for my deal. Zero games were played and their desire to help me stay in budget,make an investment, all while laughing and giving life guidance was just what was needed for my daughter’s first new car. These are real people, working for a family dealership, and they have earned my business for years to come. Clayton Jepsen the sales manager actually listened and made every effort to make me a deal that made sense and looked for every possible discount,rebate,and advantage to get me in the right car. Nick in financing worked magic for us taking his time to find the best rate for a loan and taught my daughter big life finances in the process. I feel like they understood that this was a big deal for my family and had simple compassion for us as people. My daughter learned so much in the financing of this car and we have all the tools needed to build a life of good credit for her. Couldn’t recommend this team enough. Starting with Danny who guided choices and showed patience,moving to Clayton who ran all over securing the numbers, Nick who took his time making us understand the big picture finances, they were Just GREAT!
