Car goes in for oil change no check engie light on then miraculously service said it went on while in the shop i dont trust this dealership this is the second time first visit they tried to tell me that my miraculously service said it went on while in the shop i dont trust this dealership this is the second time first visit they tried to tell me that my filters and belt were needing replacement when I just replaced both the engine and cabin filters weeks prior as well as belt weeks prior what a joke. They are trying to squeeze their customers for service fees so i will just drive farther and get it serviced at another nissan dealer. More

I was asked by the dealership to come there from Homosassa where I live to fill out a survey and that they would fill my car with gas and give me a detail on my car. I went to Maus and was told that the survey was in my phone? So why would I have to drive all the way there to complete this survey? They never told me the survey was in my phone. They said to come there to do a survey. Poor communications pissed me off horrendously driving 30 minutes someplace I didn’t have to be obviously . Promising to fill car with gas and wash car was never done and told that the survey could not be completed after I had deleted it from my phone. What kind of baloney is this a dealership that I just bought a 2024 rogue from treating me like I am some piece of garbage telling me they can’t help me. So I guess they won’t be helping me in the future and I will find a new dealership to take my new car too because the way they treated me was unfair and rude. More
