From the time of setting up a meeting to the meeting through the purchasing the truck Clayton mostly was GREAT! Sales salesperson was very pushy and took advantage of an older woman and I ended up paying over 40 thousand dollars for a 2024 Nissan Kicks. I truly despise purchasing vehicles, however, I will say our most recent transaction with Clayton and Nissan was a joy! Clayton was professional, truly pleasant and was looking to meet OUR needs. He wasn't our most recent transaction with Clayton and Nissan was a joy! Clayton was professional, truly pleasant and was looking to meet OUR needs. He wasn't pushing a vehicle on the lot for their convenience instead he made sure he presented the vehicles that suited US. The Sales Manager was pleasant and assisted as necessary demonstrating interest in Clayton and his customers. Paperwork was much less intimidating with personable, friendly finance staff. He responded to our questions in a knowledgeable, professional manner. We didn't have to spend all day there. Vehicle was nicely detailed, reception desk was welcoming and helpful. Store was nice and clean. Overall, the best experience we've ever had! Thank you to ALL! More
