Clayton was helpful in answering my upfront questions and then had me work with Mali to ask questions about the car as she brought it in. Just bought a vehicle last night from this dealership. Our salesman Clayton Elliot is top-tier in this business. Straightforward honest and fair. No over selling and no dealership trickery. All dealerships should take notice. Listen to the consumer, build a relationship, be honest and give a fair deal. I am not saying I got a great deal, a good deal, a bad deal, or even saved tons of money. I am saying I got an honest deal at a fair price where the dealer made a profit and I felt comfortable with the deal. That's how it is supposed to work. When something is offered in addition to the price of the vehicle you are able to say no and move on. PEARSON NISSAN does not pressure you and keep you there for hours trying to wear you down. I was in and out with a new vehicle in less than 90 minutes not including the test drives on multiple vehicles. And I felt good about it. We would have been out sooner but I was researching our purchase and doing comparables at other dealers on their prices. And the finance dept was just plain honest, fun, and a pleasure to deal with. PEARSON NISSAN beat them all and that is why Clayton is the man and the dealership is where I will go in the future. And, this was not the first dealership I went too. I went to most of the dealerships in Ocala BEFORE I got to PEARSON NISSAN. However, PEARSON NISSAN was the last, because they operate at a different level.
