HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY ! - Giovani Amza

HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY !!!! Thank you Mr Andres for help and guidance. Me and my wife we recently closed in our vechicle and after shopping around we accidentally found this dealership. As a high level local reviewer, I strongly recommend this place for purchasing a new vechicle. They have flexible options that will fit most of your preferences, they have a wide variety of vehicles form different brands that you can choose from and they have an outstanding customer service. I will use this opportunity to thank my advisor Andres and my Finance guy Hesus for exercising so much patience with difficult customers like me. These people are the most professional, friendly, kind and knowledgeable, I ever meet in the last decades. Is sad that most personal in most popular brands can't match the great energy of the people I've meet here. Thank you again for helping me purchase my vechicle guys, you are all simply AMAZING !!!

Why forcing to give u 10 stars while my expectations - jeanriverhson1972

Why forcing to give u 10 stars while my expectations didn't meet the goal . I came for oil change and check my AC Compressor to resolve . Your office guy told me on July 19th the price should be $ 1144 and August 17 the price increase $ 1756 . That's mean my job didn't make . Instead of the job expected they asked me to change the battery and spark plugs . My question why the labor cost is higher than the parts cost?

Excellent Experience I had an excellent experience - davidarbogast15

Excellent Experience I had an excellent experience with xx. Pete Mitsubishi! The service was outstanding, and the management team truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Mike, the GM, was incredible, and Joshua, the Sales Manager, was absolutely fantastic. Both were professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure I had a positive experience. It’s refreshing to deal with management that actually listens to their customers and takes the time to make things right. I highly recommend xx. Pete Mitsubishi to anyone looking for a dealership with excellent customer service and a management team that genuinely cares. Thank you, Mike and Joshua, for the outstanding service and for making my experience a great one!

After having a horrible experience at another dealership, - Yary

After having a horrible experience at another dealership, I can honestly say that I came to the right place with Ed Morse Mitsubishi. Sal Batista is one of the best salespeople I’ve ever worked with, and his manager, Avy, was also amazing. They were willing to work with us and truly listened to our needs. There were no pressure tactics, and they never pulled my credit without my authorization. Everyone was respectful, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Sal Batista went above and beyond to meet our needs and make sure we felt comfortable with our decision. I truly appreciate the time, patience, and effort he and Avy put into helping us. If you’re looking for a dealership where you feel respected and valued, I highly recommend Ed Morse Mitsubishi and especially Sal Batista and Avy! 😊

Bought a vehicle for wife for mother's day. - jgjg33

Bought a vehicle for wife for mother's day. They delivered. Delivery drivers left immediately. I drove the vehicle. Heard grinding. Took to my mechanic the very next day. I thought it was something minor like a wheel bearing. I was going to handle it. The carrier bearing in the differential was grinding horribly. I communicated all this with the salesman. Called several times spoke to several managers. They were all going to get back to me. No return calls after I spoke to them several times. Ask him to please return my call that day. Literally they are 4 hours away from me. Mechanic said it was not safe to drive back to Panama city. Took videos of the teardow, take pictures of all the damaged parts, sent them directly to them. I've been very patient. I gave them 2 weeks. They don't even have the decency to call you back. I'd feel better if they just told me to go fly a kite. I wouldn't buy a car from them if they had the last one on earth. If I could rate them a zero I would. Beware all potential customers do not buy a car from these people. Save yourself the trouble.
