I have worked an done business in dealerships for over 20 years. I never write reviews but I think people should know that this dealership doesn't do things the right way. When we got the dealership to purch years. I never write reviews but I think people should know that this dealership doesn't do things the right way. When we got the dealership to purchase car they then told us only 1 key and I said this car only has 4K miles he has to have the other key. They said they would reach out they knew the guy. We never got another key which that key cost is $800 to $1200 for an Audi. They agreed to pay to have the a few minor chips repaired just send the bill from who did it. We only charged them for the paint because the company we used to ceramic coat the car did it. They never sent us the money. When we called they just kept transferring us. So we never got reimbursed. I email the GM which in the automated response said the GM would return with a call never called and when I emailed again he never responded. There is a few other things they did that weren't ethical but will not say so I don't get anyone in trouble. I would just stay away there is so many good dealerships out there. More

He answered countless questions, provided photos, videos, inspection information, battery health data, tire measurements, CarFax reports, and kept me updated every step of the way. What impressed me most was his transparency. If he didn't have an answer immediately, he told me so and followed up. He honored pricing changes, worked hard on my trade value, and made the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free. I also want to thank David, the sales manager, who clearly worked behind the scenes to help make the deal come together. The professionalism and teamwork between Mike and David made a big difference. When I finally arrived at the dealership, everything was exactly as represented with the Tesla Model Y. There were no surprises, no games, and no pressure. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and the purchase process was smooth and efficient.
