What Others Say

Dan Miles and Daniel F. were both an absolute pleasure to work with. Both guys were friendly and went through many lengths to negotiate with me and land a deal that I was happy with. Both Dans were patient, charismatic, and knowledgeable which went a long way when answering my questions.

Smooth and fast transaction. Very happy with my trade in and purchased vehicle. Would buy here again.

Everyone is pleasant and welcoming. My son was very entertained by the variety of exotic cars to look at while we waited.

5 stars for everyone in sales dept: Sales Manager Drew, Finance Manager Daniel and of course our Sales Rep Gio. All these guys are the bright shining stars of this dealership and deserve all the accolades. Dealing with them was nothing short of pleasure. 1 star for the service dept that was tasked with safety inspection and prepping (mechanicaly) the car for sale. 1 star is a bump from 0 stars just for the fact that the car had 3 tires replaced (previous ones had sidewall damage so had to be changed). 0 stars for putting on the lot car that has all brake rotors warped! To be clear, Volvo (Polestar) brake rotors are known to be crap that warp easily. However taking into inventory a sport vehicle with unknown history and not verifying the condition of the single most important car component which are BRAKES is unacceptable. This is a critical safety item that was overlooked. The tech that signed off on the inspection docs should have been fired. Our test drive was short and slow on local roads so I did not notice the problem. However on our way home (200 miles) we had a few close calls when we nearly rear ended other cars due the to condition of the brakes. I brought the car to my dealership and let our master tech take it for a spin. He quickly diagnosed warped rotors. I don't get it. Why risk people's lives? Why expose the dealership to potential lawsuit? Bad brakes means people die. If you tell sales department that brakes had to be replaced, they will understand and incorporate resulting costs into the selling price. Entire sales team worked very hard to sell the car, build and maintain relationship that led to the sale. Can't blame them for doing perfect job. But It takes one tech (or his supervisor that turned down the brake job) that ruins the entire experience and almost cost me and my wife our lives on the road.

Great overall customer service thru & thru from the online process to going in person & actually purchasing the vehicle

I'm happy about the follow through. My tire sensor was having issues. They resolved the problem.
