I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with Palm Beach Mitsubishi. I purchased a vehicle from them, and shortly after buying it I discovered there were serious mechanical issues. Looking back, the engine light had been on when the car was sold to me, and I believe this should have been addressed before the sale. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership twice. The first time I was told the problem was the battery. The second time I was told it was the spark plugs. However, when I later requested documentation showing what repairs had been performed, I was told there was nothing in their computer system documenting those repairs. After owning the car for only about a month, I had to pay for my own mechanic to inspect it. That’s when I learned the real problem was a failing transmission. Instead of standing behind the vehicle they sold me, I was told by the General Manager that he didn’t have to do anything for me. The only offer I received was that I could pay over $4000 in labor if they replaced the transmission. When I declined that offer and arranged for a tow truck to pick up my vehicle, the dealership initially refused to release my car because I had previously mentioned the possibility of trading it in. As a result, the tow truck had to leave, and I lost money paying for a service that couldn’t even retrieve my vehicle. Throughout this entire process I felt dismissed, ignored, and treated unfairly. I spent thousands of dollars on a vehicle that became undrivable within a month, had to pay for my own diagnosis, and was left without meaningful assistance from the dealership. I cannot recommend Palm Beach Mitsubishi based on my experience. If you’re considering buying a vehicle here, I strongly encourage you to have it independently inspected before signing any paperwork and to keep detailed records of every conversation and repair. More

In October I purchased a BMW m850i from these guys and the experience to say the least has been absolutely horrrible.... Moving along in January 2026 I find out they sold me a car that was reported stolen and they knew it so I can not register the vehicle and they have refused to buy the car back and its been endless excuses. So now I have a car that I cant register and never own. Lets fast forward to yesterday. Seeing how I cant register the car they have to send me new temp tags every 30 days. They sent me one I put on the car Monday. I get swarmed my local police task force saying the car is stolen bc they have sent me a bad temp tag that comes back to a Mitsubishi SUV........ STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE More

Recently I purchased a used 2021 f-150 STX from Palm Beach Mitsubishi. I looked at the vehicle and found out that the power window buttons on the driver side for both the driver and passenger side windo Beach Mitsubishi. I looked at the vehicle and found out that the power window buttons on the driver side for both the driver and passenger side windows are broken. The dealer who I spoke with David was not aware of that. We came to a deal where if they fix it for free I’ll purchase the vehicle. Of course, it’s my own fault for not having them print out an agreement towards that. After I got home I looked under the vehicle and noticed that the chassis has a lot of rust underneath. I made the mistake of not having a mechanic with me to check the vehicle prior to the sale but I already passed the 3 day return policy to bring the vehicle back if I wasn’t satisfied. My mechanic ran a diagnosis test in the truck and found that it has an oil leak on the driver side where the oil is leaking on the engine between the front cover and head gasket and problems with the rear main seal between the engine and transmission. On top of that they never changed the oil filter or the air filter of the truck. The truck has one light on the rear bumper that lights up the license plate that has a burnt out bulb. I called them back and told them the issues the truck has and they basically told me I’m S.O.L (shut out of luck) because it’s been 3 days since I bought the truck which is their return policy window. I expressed my frustration to them and told them how it’s unprofessional of them to allow these issues to pass by them. It states on their website “Our used cars are inspected for quality before they're added to our inventory, so you can be certain you're looking at exceptional vehicles.” as well as the question, are the used vehicles actually inspected before their sold and they state “Yes! Every used car on our lot goes through a detailed inspection to ensure it meets our quality and safety standards. Our certified technicians carefully check key components like brakes, tires, engines, transmissions”. It clearly wasn't. More

Upon delivery, the transportation company showed me pictures of the car before he loaded it onto his delivery truck and it had several deep scratches. He then told me that the cars gas tank was empty and he had to put $5 worth of gas to get it on to his trailer. I immediately contacted Palm Beach Mitsubishi with the driver present and they tried to blame him. They then told me that since the car was brand new everything was covered and for me to take it to a body shop to get estimates for the damage and they would take care of it. I sent them an estimate for $2907.95 from Amato Collision Center in Milwaukee, Wi and Eddie Carrasquillo from Palm Beach emailed me back and said they would only pay $750 and that I was responsible for the remaining balance after hanging up on me several times. STAY AWAY DO NOT SIGN AN NDA they sold me a car with no working ac, an oil leak which needs to have the oil filter housing changed which is very expensive, they sent me a check which I signed an NDA for bu working ac, an oil leak which needs to have the oil filter housing changed which is very expensive, they sent me a check which I signed an NDA for but it was for an evac recharge on the ac system and upon doing that it was realized I needed an ac compressor and an oil filter housing change plus a radiator hose, thousands and thousands of dollars, I wrote a bad review and was told if I taje it down they would send me 500 more dollars, which wouldn’t pay for an 1/8th of what I needed but I needed the money so I agreed, I took it down then was told tbey wouldn’t be sending me a check and I was threatened with a lawsuit if I leave another bad review, awful AWFUL people More

I would give less than one star if I could. I was looking to purchase a Tesla that qualified for the 4000 dollar EV tax credit that would reduce the car to a better price for me at the cost of I was looking to purchase a Tesla that qualified for the 4000 dollar EV tax credit that would reduce the car to a better price for me at the cost of the IRS. Unfortunately, however, these people took the credit and claimed to pocket it for themselves whilst also increasing the price of the vehicle artificially by tacking on a nonsense 4-5k paint protection plan that I could not opt out of. I tried to get them to reconsider as I really did like the car, but they were firm on stealing the credit and also to boot, adding another 2000 dollars of nonsense fees that they also refused to remove. All in all, they should make this kind of practice illegal and you should stay far away from these scammers. More
