Oh my gosh! Where do I begin? Michael was so easy going to work with showed me several different SUVs until he came up on the Buick envision that I absolutely fell in love with. Michael was very courteous respectful of my time and all the confusion of trading vehicles but he understood and he worked very well with all of us. The dealership was nice and clean. The experience was good. As soon as I get to the dealership, the advisor Cruz received my car and they started doing the maintenance, which included the rotation of the tires. There was an incident with one of the wheels bolt, and it was replaced without any cost. Cruz was paying attention to all the details and apologized for the extra time they were taking to finish the job. He stayed until the car was delivered to me and he was sure everything was well.
