My name is Nicole Barnes. I’ve called Polk County home for a majority of my life. I have 3 children, and a cat. I was a Girl Scout troop leader and school volunteer for 10 years. I’ve had the privilege of working at Huston Cadillac for 6 years. My goal is to ensure that all of my customers have the best possible experience while working with me. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to church, baking, days at the beach and taking trips to the mountains.

Marcus and Nicole worked together to make sure every aspect of my purchase was handled smoothly. While no one wants to wait for a new car, the wait was well worth it. My car was exactly what I had expected and more. From the moment I drove up to the dealership to take ownership of my vehicle, I was greeted warmly by name, offered refreshment, and made to feel like a VIP. Mark, whom I have trusted with all my Cadillac purchases, made certain all personal data was wiped from my trade-in and instructed me on operation of the vehicle. He paired my phone to the new car and personalized my driving experience. Both Nicole and Mark offered numerous times to deliver the car to my home, but I chose to drive it home myself. There was not a question they were not able to answer quickly, politely, and expertly. Overall, my Cadillac buying experience was excellent. More
