Luis went above and beyond the call of duty - and so did the service department! My Yukon had a dead battery and was towed to Starling arriving at 1:45 on a Saturday and the service department was closing the service department! Luis pleaded my case to the service folks and everyone stayed late to get my new battery installed! Now that's not good but GREAT SERVICE! More
