From start to finish, Kyle Lemaster went above and beyond as my salesman. He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what I was looking for. He made the process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable-something I didn't think was possible when buying a car! A huge thank you also goes to Chris Smith a GSM at Starling, who worked hand-in-hand with Kyle to make sure everything came together perfectly. Chris was supportive, transparent, and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Together, Kyle and Chris made an unbeatable team. I also want to recognize Craig R, another GSM, for stepping in and helping finalize everything seamlessly. The three of them created an environment where I felt valued, respected, and taken care of.
