So glad that I have John as my salesman had a problem with my 2020. He was Johnny on the spot got it towed in and then needing behold showed me a new 26 gave me a great value for my truck now I’m in a 26 with my 2020. Ongoing issue since 2024 Denali 1500 was 4 months old. It is now 20 months old. Paint on front bumper chipping. Dozens of new chips every few months. Only 16000 miles. No off road driving. The dealership is very nice, modern and clean with a zero pressure sales approach feeling. I loved the fact that at Starling Buick GMC of Stuart you are not bombarded by aggressive salesman! Matt Machalek my salesman has went above and beyond his duties to find me the perfect truck at the exact spec I wanted. Any questions that I had that he couldn't answer himself with 100% accuracy he Immediately put me in contact with the person who could. Believe me I had alot of tough questions and Im not the easiest customer and purchasing a $100k plus truck you should have alot of questions!. That being said Matt made me feel like Family and very comfortable communicating with him or anyone else at the dealership. I will be back in the near future to Make more purchases for my buisness!
