It's only when things don't go as planned that you really see how good a dealership is. My new truck broke down away from home with only 11K miles. GM roadside towed it to Lake City which was the dealership I bought it from. It took the better part of a day. To say I was extremely disappointed would be an understatement. These trucks have known issues (fuel module) and the Lake City Service Team - Robbie and Mitch - were aware of them. While fuel contamination was ruled out, there was no attempt to make this out as anything but the warranty/defective design/part issue it was. I appreciated their honesty and their attempts to get me back on the road as quickly as possible while still being thorough that the problem had been addressed. It is only because the great Lake City Service Team I am considering keeping the truck and would consider another GMC in the future.
