When at the dealership for service, there is a case manager given for a line of clear communication. Kim Moore has been the best associate that has taken the time to work with me for service. I have had my Karen moments due to previous distrust in my last dealership and being mismatched with another associate that was not the best match for me. This dealership and service department is a must check in with me for a new or used vehicle. The extended warranties' are the best investment that I have made from the dealership. It cost more on the top of the purchase price but they have more than paid for themselves in parts and loaners.

I knew the car I was interested in upon arriving and she was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had about the car and the financing process. The entire process was a quick and positive experience. It was nice having Hayley to work with on my car purchase and would definitely look forward to having her assist me again.
