Austin was great, very informative, and stayed in communication about what was being done, additional unplanned services that needed to be done, and was spot on accurate about how long it would take. I was pulling into the parking lot when he called to let me know my car was ready. I hope he will be my service writer in the future. The service was good, as usual. I have never had a single complaint about the service.
I have been coming to Cannon Subaru for a long time now, and until the last year or two, it was amazing. I bragged to others about my vehicle AND the dealership. But it seems less great lately. Rather than having an ongoing relationship, I have a different person every time, no familiar faces anywhere. Not a big deal, I guess, but just in some ways "less good." Service and maintenance on a vehicle are expensive, and it seems you make enough money from me that to charge me another 3% to use a credit card is very off-putting. If I continue to do business there, I will write a check, which is not without its expense to you. Will you charge for that also? I realize the card company charges you, but isn't that just the cost of doing business? Figured into your charges? This may all seem petty, and I'll admit to some degree it is, but it does change my overall, former EXTREMELY positive impression.
