I recently had service done on my 2023 Cadillac Escalade, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jeff Brittingham, my service advisor, was extremely kind, attentive, and professional. He took care of all my needs and made sure everything was handled perfectly. The service was simply outstanding. I highly recommend both Jeff and the team for their top-notch service!

It was a pleasure meeting Keith at the Dealership. He answered the questions I had. I should have tried out the navigation aspect of the radio. Apparently it hadn't been updated from 2012, but there are work arounds for that. It is a beautiful vehicle

He simply provides us with the necessary information and lets us make our own decision. However, he does provide us with a recommendation if requested. We will purchase our next vehicle from this dealership if for no other reason than because of the wonderful service we have repeatedly received from this service team.
