From being introduced to the sales manager Max and finally to my salesman, Chad they both were extremely helpful and provided an overall excellent experience. Chad listened to my needs and also was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was very personable and I would not hesitate to do business with him again. There was a small snafu with the payment schedule but the management team quickly got us back on track and satisfied the issue. This was the smoothest car buying experience I’ve ever had. This is my go to Cadillac dealer in the future!

I have Zero compaints about either experience, but this most recent car buying experience with Nick exceeded all possible expectations. I highly recommend DeVoe Cadillac for a used car purchase in Naples. Their service department has always been good too! Hopefully in a year or two I will be able to review purchasing a new Cadillac Escalade from them.

I recently purchased a 2024 Range Rover from Step One GMC Cadillac Fort Walton Beach, and I had an outstanding experience with Karen, Johnny, and General Sales Manager Jason Alston. From start to finish, Karen was professional, patient, and very easy to work with. She kept me updated by text and phone, sent clear numbers up front, and had everything prepared before I made the trip in from out of town. When I arrived, the vehicle was exactly as described and there were no surprises. Johnny in finance did an excellent job coordinating my Bank of America business auto loan. He respected that I already had my own financing in place and made the process smooth, efficient, and pressure-free. Everything was explained clearly, and the paperwork matched exactly what we had discussed. Jason’s leadership and support were also evident throughout the process. The worst experience I have ever had dealing with Massey...salesman was Garrett, he was kid and in my opinion, unprofessional. typical used car salesman who cares only about his next sell, yuck! We had spoken for a few days regarding a specific used car on the lot. He knew we lived 3 1/2 hrs away and had to transfer funds for a cash deal...we went thru lots of effort to get the funds for the next day We asked if we could leave a deposit so we don't drive up for nothing and the car be sold, he said no deposit policy. We'll we told him we were coming up and talked to him on the phone when we were 3 hrs into our drive, said we will be there shortly...20 minutes later, he texted me that the car was sold! WHAT!! How wrong on so many levels! I called and spoke to his manager, Jose, and that guy could have given 2 hoots, very unsympathetic and cold...no apology even...I would NEVER deal with this dealership...buyer beware I have to amend this review to date, I have been contacted by Jay, the General Manager at Massey and he is making this wrong, right! He has offered to have the car I chose shipped free of charge and is willing to work with me on every level one on one...He couldn't be kinder or more professional....I give him 10 stars

Took a 2023 Escalade into Dimmit Cadillac for service and discussed the service with Brian. Have to say, Brian was the consummate professional. I have other cars that I take in for service at other dealers and the experience is normally hit or miss. Not here. We discussed what I needed to have done, and Brian suggested several options that were available to me. I made the decisions that were relevant to my situation and had the service done. I also have to say the dealership was immaculate and everyone was super helpful. They really take care of the customer here. That goes double for Brian. From now on, when I take the car in, Brian is my go-to guy.
