Dennis and staff are amazing. This guy is a great sales person. He tries his hardest to get you the price you want to pay. He doesn't hold anything back. He is straight forward with the pricing. I bought an Audi Q5 and it was amazing for the price he got me. I wanted a little lower payment but he got me to a fair price. I honestly never jump the gun if I don't get the price I want. I am living in Arizona and temporarily in Lakeland helping out family with medical issues. I had to pay taxes in AZ and FL but he explained that there is nothing he could do about it. I still walked out of there with a great vehicle under MSRP. While waiting he even took the time to show me one of the veteran salesmans expensive Audi. I was impressed the employee allowed him too. They detailed my vehicle and gave me all the reports on prior owners, etc. This Sales person is on his way to the top. Thanks Dennis and staff. You will know Dennis when you walk in with his million dollar smile and dtermination to succeed. Nice work !!!! Keep rising to the top !!!!!!

Found the Audi Q5 on the dealer web site. Was looking for that model with a built-in trailer hitch. From the factory. Bought a 2024, new, Q5 at a very good price and got a fair price for my trade in. We have not had a new car since 2010 so the actual purchasing was a little over whelming but the salesperson made it easy and explained everything. So far the SUV is perfect and so was the experience!
