Prior to purchasing my car the service was wonderful then everything changed once I bought it. I kept getting notices regarding my trade in. I left many messages for various people at the dealership over several weeks, all with no response. I had to call Volkswagen the company to file a complaint in order to get a call back. Finally got a callback from my sales person to which he told me he would check into it and get back to me. Several weeks prior he had told me that. I would never own another Volkswagen let alone give them my business.
