Service advisor Uriel Ventura and his co workers were the best. Uriel went out of his way to make sure that I would receive the best service. An employee by the name Emiliano followed me to the other building where in front of others, insulted me by calling me “acomplejado “. A girl candida pushed him to treat me bad and another female employee was sent to question me why I was there. The most humiliating and worse experience since I’ve been buying expensive cars at any dealer. Emiliano shouldn’t work there representing Audi. I normally walked away when I feel NOT welcome, but not for Emiliano to follow me and insult me. Thank God for Uriel who welcomed me to his desk and made things better. More
