I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Audi of West Palm Beach and strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing or leasing a vehicle from this dealership to carefully review every single do of West Palm Beach and strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing or leasing a vehicle from this dealership to carefully review every single document before signing. Approximately three years ago, I leased an Audi Q7 from this dealership. The individuals involved in my transaction were salesperson Osner Jean Louis, sales manager Rafael Sa Time, and business manager Richard Leonik. From the very beginning, I was clear that the only additional protection/product I was interested in was end-of-lease protection, for which I understood I was paying approximately $1,000. I have leased more than six vehicles over the past 15 years, so I am very familiar with the leasing process. End-of-lease protection is important to me specifically because of the potential charges for minor wear and damage when returning a leased vehicle. I recently discovered that I was actually charged approximately $1,200 for a product that, based on what I have now been told and what I understand from reviewing the transaction, was not the end-of-lease protection I specifically requested. When I reviewed the paperwork, part of my confusion came from the way the products were labeled, specifically “J&M Appearance Protection” and “ETCH.” It was my assumption that these items were the end-of-lease protection I had requested, as I understand that dealerships may use different names for similar types of coverage or add-on products. However, I now believe this assumption may have been incorrect, which is part of the issue I am raising. When I contacted the dealership about this issue, I was essentially directed back to the paperwork I signed three years ago—a contract package consisting of approximately 62 pages of documents and signatures. In my opinion, pointing to a massive stack of paperwork years later does not address my concern about what was represented to me during the sales and financing process. Additionally, after carefully reviewing those documents, I noticed that even within the 62 pages, the coverage is not clearly explained in a way that specifies exactly what these warranties or protection products actually cover. This lack of clear description only adds to my concern and makes the entire transaction feel even more unclear and, frankly, questionable. I relied on the dealership’s representatives to accurately explain what I was purchasing. I believed I was paying for the specific protection I requested, and discovering three years later that this apparently was not the case has left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. This is not about the difference of a few hundred dollars. It is about trust, transparency, and the expectation that a dealership will accurately represent the products it sells to its customers. I have been advised to submit a formal consumer complaint regarding this transaction, including through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and I intend to pursue the appropriate dispute and complaint channels and provide the relevant documentation for review. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend that customers dealing with this dealership do not rely solely on verbal explanations. Ask for the exact name and terms of every product being added to your contract, verify that it provides the coverage you requested, and carefully review the paperwork before signing. After this experience, I will never purchase or lease another vehicle from Audi of West Palm Beach again. In all my years of leasing vehicles, I have never experienced a situation like this, and I am extremely disappointed with how this transaction was handled. More

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Audi West Palm Beach! My girlfriend’s lease was coming to an end, and honestly, we didn’t know what to do. We were more worried about the entire process of going from d My girlfriend’s lease was coming to an end, and honestly, we didn’t know what to do. We were more worried about the entire process of going from dealer to dealer, trying to compare pricing, understand our options, and deal with the stress that usually comes with leasing or purchasing a new vehicle. Before contacting Audi West Palm Beach, we reached out to several dealerships throughout South Florida. Some never even returned our calls, while others seemed far more interested in making a sale than actually helping us understand our options. Our frustration was at an all-time high until we connected with Charles Smith at Audi West Palm Beach. From the very first conversation, Charles went far beyond anything we expected. He truly treated us with what I would call the “red carpet” experience, even though at that point we were simply gathering information and comparing options. Charles took the time to understand our situation, explain the lease-end process, present multiple vehicle options, and provide transparent, upfront pricing with no games or pressure. He was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us make the right decision—not just selling a car. After comparing offers throughout South Florida, we truly believe Audi West Palm Beach provided one of the most competitive deals available. Charles worked hard on our behalf and exceeded our expectations every step of the way. To make things even more convenient, my girlfriend wasn’t able to leave work to pick up her new vehicle. Without hesitation, Charles personally delivered the new Audi to her office, walked her through all of the vehicle’s features, answered every question, and made sure she felt completely comfortable before leaving. That level of customer service is extremely rare today. I’ve been buying and leasing vehicles for more than 20 years, including brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Porsche, BMW, and Audi. I can honestly say I have never experienced customer service quite like what Charles provided. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, transparent, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend asking for Charles Smith at Audi West Palm Beach. On a scale of 1 to 10, Charles earns a 10+. Thank you, Charles, for making what could have been a stressful experience such an enjoyable and memorable one. You have earned customers for life! More

STAY AWAY — Audi West Palm Beach turned a simple visit into an overcharge, a double‑charge, and a headache. I booked exactly what I needed: an oil change and a belt/supercharger noise inspection. That’ into an overcharge, a double‑charge, and a headache. I booked exactly what I needed: an oil change and a belt/supercharger noise inspection. That’s it. Once the car was in, the advisor re‑coded my visit as a 10K service—on a car that doesn’t even have 10,000 miles. When I called around after the fact, multiple nearby Audi dealers quoted ~$699 for the 10K package. Audi West Palm Beach? They rang me up for $1,300+, and with head‑scratching add‑ons and tax, the final hit was $1,703.09. The math did not add up, and nobody could explain it. Then came the worst part: payment games. They ran one of my cards and told me it didn’t go through, asked for another card, and charged that too. Both charges posted. Only because I caught it did they agree to refund one—which says everything about how this place operates. When I tried to get straight answers, the service manager was rude, dismissive, and couldn’t reconcile the invoice totals or tax on paper. And yes, they actually bragged they’re “the most expensive in the country.” That’s not premium service—that’s a massive red flag. I walked in ready to become a long‑term customer—do all my service here and even buy future cars. After this experience? Never again. In my opinion, the way this store handled my visit felt predatory: misrepresent the work requested, inflate the price, double‑charge, then stonewall when pressed on the numbers. Dates and amounts (for anyone who wants the receipts): Dec 13, 2025 — Appointment booked specifically for oil change + belt/supercharger inspection. Dec 15, 2025 — Two separate $1,703.09 charges processed on two different cards. Dec 17, 2025 — One of the charges refunded after I confronted them. Pricing check — Multiple local Audi dealers quoted ~$699 for 10K service; WPB billed $1,300+, then landed at $1,703.09 with questionable line items/tax. Bottom line: If you value transparency, fair pricing, and basic respect, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Audi West Palm Beach. Verify every line item if you’re already booked, and watch your statements like a hawk. For everyone else: save your time, protect your wallet, and go elsewhere. More
