For an Audi dealership, there were a lot of additional costs put into our purchase agreement that I would not expect to be there. For example, Permaplate, is a coating put on at the dealership. It was an additional $1,300.00 added on to our purchase for a treatment of questionable value. I did not want it and the sales manager refused to remove it. My trade in was giving a ridiculous black book trade in value that was not even close to where we ended up. Why waste my time? Profit, that is why. I should have left, but the vehicle was what we wanted almost exactly and the dealership is close to our residence. I would expect these type of nonsense charges out of a used car place in Miami, not an official Audi dealership. More

I wanted to like this dealership and will admit there are a couple of good people I met in the process. The big disappointment was in the sale process where they lost credibility with me. First, they attem a couple of good people I met in the process. The big disappointment was in the sale process where they lost credibility with me. First, they attempted to add excess of $2000 onto the sale price, presented at the time of closing, for work done on the vehicle, even though a lower price was already listed on line. Ready to back out of the deal until they backed off this position. But credibility is now in question. Second, In looking into financing, I asked them to present options and I would look at options with my bank relationships as well. At 6:30 pm, got a call saying the found an interest rate at 7.9%. I advised them I work with the same bank and felt I could get a lower interest rate. They then advised me if I found my own financing, they would assess me an additional $1,000. Again, another hit to credibility and I was prepared to walk. They then went back to the bank, at my urging and came back with a significant lower rate. Great right? No, the misrepresented the interest rate, which I learned at time of closing. I was at my wits end and thought it was time to get up and walk away. Too many questionable issues. Yes, it did end up buying the car for three reasons: 1. Shelley in finance was amazing. She helped sort through the descrepencies and got the right people involved to solve the problems. She would get 10 stars from me and was a great problem solver. 2. They did lower the price of the vehicle to compensate for things which I appreciated. 3. It was a beautiful car. There were other issues along the way but the experience was not pleasant and I felt like they were using every stunt imaginable to get as much money as they can. I left with having Little faith in this dealer with exception of their finance person. Wish it could have been better. More

I have always had a good experience at this Audi and everyone that I have talked to from sales, parts, and even mangers have all been extremely welcoming and nice. Elijah and Daniella were great during everyone that I have talked to from sales, parts, and even mangers have all been extremely welcoming and nice. Elijah and Daniella were great during my last visit there. They made sure that I was taken care of and explained everything. I have been to other Audi dealerships, as well as just other sales places before and the reason why I chose the Stuart location is because they always take care of me and have never disappointed me. I was very sad to sell my car but they gave me the time I needed as well as the reassurance that they wanted my car not just my business. More
