I started at Stamford Honda because it was closer to home. The salespeople didn't listen to what I wanted and kept trying to sell me something I didn't want. I decided to go to Sullivan Honda in Torrington which was over an hour away and I'm so glad I did. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They paid attention to what I wanted, not what they wanted to sell. When I picked up the car, the purchase process was painless. After all the paperwork had been signed, they took the time to explain everything in the car and even helped sync my phone. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying a Honda.

I had a wonderful experience, top to bottom, with everyone I interacted with at DarCars Lexus, and a special shoutout to my salesman, James Palmer. I was an out-of-state purchase, and he arranged for pick up from the airport. Then, once I arrived at the dealership, he was incredibly professional in allowing me time to look over the car and answering all the questions I had before I made a purchase. He also made sure to let me experience the cookouts at their dealership and ensure we were all taken care of, as Luis gave us a goodie bag before we had a long drive home. I can’t say enough about this dealership and its staff. This isn’t your ordinary dealership; they are intentional with their customers and go above and beyond to create a relationship rather than just a transaction. When I’m in the market for my next car, James at Lexus will be my first call.

I have purchased multiple vehicles here in the past, and my experiences continue to be very positive. Going from a work from home job to having to drive to an office put a change on my vehicle needs so I went in to explore if getting into an EV Silverado was feasible (from a 2500 I also got there). I worked with Joe Wolfer, whom I've worked with in the past and very closely with the new GM Ben, and the Managing Partner/Owner Bobbie Stevens. I can't speak highly enough of all of them; they made sure I got into what I wanted to, in my budget and provided yet another excellent buying experience. The staff here is very easy to talk to, not pushy at all, and genuinely want to make the experience as great as they can for their customers. I have also had great experiences with their parts and service department (kudos to Josh and Devin!). I'd recommend Chevrolet of Middletown (formerly Key Chevrolet) to anyone looking for a new vehicle and ask for Joe! On that note, I'd also highly recommend the Silverado EV; this truck is a beast; super comfortable, quiet ride, fast and fun to drive and all while able to do "pickup" things!
