We discussed the parts needed and the total cost in advance. The shop did the work in the timeline needed and there were no surprise costs. They additionally examined the car for other possible future problems. I recommend Lia Honda Service Dept and commend Jesse Robles for his knowledge of the Honda car I brought in.

From the very beginning, he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and even helped track down my 2026 Hyundai Sonata Limited in a color he knew I absolutely loved. He walked me through every step of the process, answered every question with patience, and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. I never felt pressured… just supported and well informed. Gio was incredibly knowledgeable, and he even sat with me in my new Sonata to explain all of its features and technology until I felt completely comfortable. I later learned he used to be the person at the dealership who taught customers how to use their new vehicles before moving into sales, and it definitely showed. He stayed in touch throughout the entire process, kept me updated, and made buying a new car feel exciting rather than stressful. I now understand why it's the best Mazda dealer in all of Connecticut, with the best ratings. I loved the service, the customer care was really good; I can't complain. My salesperson, Edy Jourdain was amazing. I arrived with a problem because I had gone to a previous dealer here in Connecticut, and it was a completely different experience. At the first dealer, they tried to scam me, and then I decided to keep looking so I wouldn't buy the car from the first dealer I went to. And thank God, I decided to go to Danbury, to the Mazda dealer in Danbury. It was truly the best decision in the entire world; I don't regret it at all. This is my first car that l've bought like this, you know, financed, and it really has been the best. The best decision I've made, because honestly, Edy Jourdain took great care of me, always giving me the best solution to my problem.
