I have purchased multiple vehicles here in the past, and my experiences continue to be very positive. Going from a work from home job to having to drive to an office put a change on my vehicle needs so I went in to explore if getting into an EV Silverado was feasible (from a 2500 I also got there). I worked with Joe Wolfer, whom I've worked with in the past and very closely with the new GM Ben, and the Managing Partner/Owner Bobbie Stevens. I can't speak highly enough of all of them; they made sure I got into what I wanted to, in my budget and provided yet another excellent buying experience. The staff here is very easy to talk to, not pushy at all, and genuinely want to make the experience as great as they can for their customers. I have also had great experiences with their parts and service department (kudos to Josh and Devin!). I'd recommend Chevrolet of Middletown (formerly Key Chevrolet) to anyone looking for a new vehicle and ask for Joe! On that note, I'd also highly recommend the Silverado EV; this truck is a beast; super comfortable, quiet ride, fast and fun to drive and all while able to do "pickup" things!

Horrible dealership. Buyer beware. I recommend staying away from Chris, the sales rep. We were interested in a Jeep and called the dealership to inquire about an accident report we had seen related to it. Chris denied that any such report existed, and from there, his attitude became increasingly dismissive. When I addressed his rudeness, he hung up on me. I tried calling back multiple times to speak with a manager, but the entire dealership ignored my calls. I'm sharing this experience to warn future customers that no one should be treated with disrespect while trying to make a purchase.

One of the worst dealership experience I had, I could give them negative rating if I could. I called them up in the morning asking for Hyundai Tucson hybrid SEL trim in blue color. They told me they have it on the lot ready, I asked them the price they told me it’s MSRP + tax, title registration and doc and if I come today evening I can drive the car home. I rented the car and drove for 4 hours from NJ to New London in CT. They didn’t have the car and the car was in transit arriving on 17th January. Such a disappointment, on top of that the sales manager Enrico Simonelli was unapologetic and gave me quote $3000 over MSRP! Such a worst experience! I already had a deposits with other dealership that was giving me a car for MSRP which are in transit. The only reason I had to was that they had the car on the lot! I would say just get you xxxx together and respect customers time! I would never ever go to this dealership!

One of the reasons I bought a Chevy vehicle is because I live very close to this dealership. They are disorganized (my part sat for weeks and no one called me). Kaitlyn got the ball rolling after I contacted her about it. Then the service department changed my appointment because he sent the part off to be painted. At the time of order, I specifically asked for it NOT to be painted. I couldn’t afford it. It should have been a quick fix. Even came in at the time they recommended because “less busy.” It took 1-1/2 hours to attach a door handle, plus another 45 minutes for a car wash which I never asked for. When I finally got my car back it was FILTHY! I immediately sent a long text to Katlyn and photos of my dirty car. She brought this to the Service Manager’s attention. He was supposed to call me. Never did. They won’t give out Bobby Crabtree’s number. Plus paid close to $300 for a part that fell off. They said it wasn’t covered on my extended warranty because I “damaged it.” Dave actually said to me “ You or someone else pulled too hard on the handle.” Really!? This is how they treat customers.

service dept rip is a off charged for work not done I was under warranty which was a third party (sold by The GM Dealer) they said my pump needed to be replaced the car was in for other work gave me a story all the work done under warranty would have cost over $3000 and I only had to pay $250 never going back.

It is so comfortable and a joy to drive. John Scott Kubran was my salesman. He took his time explaining all the bells and whistles of this car. Thank you John Scott. I needed that. Michael Davidson, owner of Davidson Chevrolet, was also very helpful. He also made sure that we understood my new Equinix and made us feel at home.
