After other dealers failed twice to properly diagnose and resolve an intermittent -- and thus admittedly hard-to-diagnose -- issue, the Browning team immediately found the far-from-obvious cause of the problem and fixed it, quickly and at a reasonable cost. They had always taken excellent care of my wife's Mazda 3 when we lived in the area; it was worth going out of my way to bring my car to them in this case. You cannot get better care for your Mazda than from the Browning Cerritos team.

The car was well priced but I expected a little more from this dealership as it is Porsche and its in Beverly hills! I was expecting a basic car detailing- yes, it was rinsed off with water but nothing more -many streaks and spots visible. Similarly insides of it had spots that were easily removed by a wet cloth but they could have done it before I came over or just after the purchase. The main sales guy did not explain the various functions available in the car but mainly took care of the purchase process. The sales person was not well versed with some of the addon options and gave incorrect information - fortunately a different sales person provided better information and support.

Waited 11 months for my '23 Ford Maverick Hybrid. I have nothing but good things to say about Sunnyvale Ford. The main person I dealt with was Jim Popal the General Manger. Others in his team that helped me were Jack the salesman, Sagar the finance guy, and Sabin the Internet Sales Manager. The dealer experience was totally stress free. Not even a mention of nitrogen for tires, VIN etching, perma plate, gap insurance, market adjustment or other nonsense. I was offered an extended warranty but when I said I did not want one, there was no further mention of it. I said I was paying cash for it so there was no offer of any financing. I have read a lot of dealer horror stories online but Sunnyvale Ford has to be one of the best. My highest recommendation.

Great experience! We were greeted by Eli, who smiled and waved as we pulled into the dealership parking lot. I had already done some research online and had a 2023 Santa Fe in mind to look at. Eli took us on a test drive in that vehicle and gave us a brief overview of it. Afterwards, we headed inside to take a look at numbers for a trade-in. James Highsmith took over from there and gathered all of our information so he could give us some options. After negotiating for a while, we were pleasantly surprised with the final offer that we accepted. We met with Susan Hicks in finance who was wonderful and made the signing process quick, easy and fun. The whole process from start to finish was handled professionally. I highly recommend a visit!
