I specifically made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Based on a coupon I received in mail for $49.95. Upon checking in, he entered my vehicle information and brings up this whole list of tire rotation. Based on a coupon I received in mail for $49.95. Upon checking in, he entered my vehicle information and brings up this whole list of services that is recommended on my vehicle at the 30k. Which was a total over $500. My vehicle only has 27800. I informed him I only want what coupon offer. His response was was i needed to sign that I was declining the extra services and my vehicle would no longer be under the warranty. He printed our the service order as A. Declined services. B. Oil change and rotation. He had me sign and repeated himself that I needed to initial and sign that I'm declining the services. I waited for my vehicle, during this time I callwd my husband and shared with him of what the service guy said. My husband wanted me to cancel the service. But since they had already taken my car back, i proceeded with the service. Upon checking out I expressed myself to the cashier, of his statement to me, she apologized and said information was incorrect, my vehicle would not loose it's warranty. I understand that the service guys are there to also sell services to us customers, but to go as far as he did, is not acceptable. He went out of his way to note reason 'A' was declined services, then reason 'B' was for the actual reason why I took my vehicle in. I will never in the future bring any of our 5 Chevy vehicles to Diamond Chevrolet for service. More
