I've leased a number of cars from Palm Springs BMW, always through Brad Williams. I ordered a 2025 BMW I5 eDrive40 in November, 2024. It arrived last week and I picked it up Friday. All of the documentation was ready upon arrival and took only a few minutes to complete. The resident BMW Genius spent a generous amount of time explaining all of the technology and answering questions. The entire experience, from ordering, tracking and receiving the car was excellent. Brad kept me informed all along the way. I'm very happy with the I5 and tge sales experience. One unrelated to BMW issue is Electrify America. We were unable to link the account at BMW and I was unable to open a new account on my own. Electrify America was problematic with an earlier EV and remains so today. Fortunately, I installed a level 2 charger at home while we get the account with EA resolved.

I was very surprised at how Joshua greeted and treated us. It was a very big change from our past experiences with other sales staff. He took us from introduction through final sale and even came to our house in Visalia to collect our down payment. He only needed brief help from a supervisor to log into the computer system because he was new to sales. Selma Honda was very well organized and very clean with more inventory that what we saw driving in. I would definitely recommend friends check out their inventory and prices.

Sean- he is the man! He is very persistent and very helpful. He took care of us from day 1 and never gave up. He made us feel comfortable. So easy and fast buying experience. If any one looking for brand new and/or used car, check out the Infinity Mission Viejo and meet with Sean. I’ve been waiting five years for dealerships to remove the mark up prices and took about two months to research the vehicle I wanted before I contacted the dealer. Negotiation took about a month via online. Once the terms were in agreement, the process was smooth. Drove to the dealership on a scheduled appointment and spent about 30 minutes in the sales office.
