Turns out that the family has had a lifelong relationship with this dealership. Having just leased (first time leasee) a EV Blazer, I recalled a photo of my father from 1985 buying what would become my first car, an S-10 Blazer. Turns out he bought it here! One benefit of not worrying about the exterior of the building is being able to have a number of vehicles at a great value compared to higher overhead locations. Trae and Gavin were a pleasure to work with and leaving with the Blazer is 100% Trae's doing (along with finance!) to make what my wife and I thought was a simple test drive of a Blazer with enough battery juice to give us a real test drive experience into an upgrade in the family fleet.

Giancarlo Horna, Anne Benham both shown me the car and demonstrate how the car basic function and new features. Test drive, car delivery and notification are all first grade! Giancarlo even help to give me a ride from home to the dealer to pick up the new RAV4 Hybrid and setup the Toyota App on my iPhone in the car so I can monitor the car, turn on off the car via phone and car tracking feature. great. Good service!

They were very nice. The finance person was especially friendly. The only suggestion I have is to spend more time demonstrating all of the features if the vehicle. I didn’t realize there was no built in garage door opener to link up. You have to pay a yearly subscription or purchase the home link mirror for close to $200.

I am writing this review specifically for Mike Tinsley, the Service Manager at Aaron Ford Escondido. I have had trouble with other less attentive Service Managers here before. However, Mike was extremely helpful and attentive to the utmost degree. He treated my car troubles like his own. Provided solutions to my truck trouble and worked with the third party extended warranty company to have my service fully covered by them. The team fixed and left my truck in great condition. Could not have asked for a better Service Manager!

We came in for a fuel filter change, but the prior shop messed up the canister for the fuel filter. It took longer for the repairs than we expected but Able & Matt totally took care of us. We will definitely be back for their outstanding service.

I want to thank Jose, Miguel, & Jamie for helping me out and getting me in a car. I told them my situation and they made magic happen!!! Granted I didn't think they would be able to get me an approval since other dealerships could but with a super high DP. They went above and beyond and I am happy about the car as well a 2021 GMC Terrain clean with all the bells and whistles. I def recommend going to this dealership and ask for Jose or Miguel they will take care of you!!! I'm also a Marine Vet so they made sure I was well taken care of since Jose is a Marine vet as well on the battlefield and off Jose and his team will make it happen!!! Thanks again guys!!!!!
