After 3-4 calls, I managed to speak with a human in the service dept., and was told to book my appointment online. I called yet another time to get the appointment on the phone. Once I went there for service, everything went smoothly. Susana was very friendly and courteous. She explained the process and set the expectations on the cost. After I checked my car in, all the communication happened via text messaging and I received continuous updates with links to see my service details, invoice, and respond to the agent. It was a pleasant digital experience. Susana was very helpful and pleasant to speak with. I rate her service as excellent!!
I really wanted to get the car washed today. The carwash was not available because there is some construction work going on. Hope car wash service is restored by the time I go back next time.
