I went to this dealership because they had a car I was interested in. I was very direct in what I wanted, what I was willing to pay, understanding they also need to make money. But they gave me a young ki interested in. I was very direct in what I wanted, what I was willing to pay, understanding they also need to make money. But they gave me a young kid for my sale, and in the end I walked away proud that I didn’t buy that car. The kid tried to exploit that only to backfire. The kid kept saying since I’m direct, I should understand they’re a smaller dealership and need to make money from selling those “optional” packages. My refusal to purchase that, they basically refused to sell me the vehicle with asking price, tax and whatever inflated fees they had. I said how does that make sense that the ask price was $32k and finding out after getting there, the rear door was not even bolted in correctly which made sounds of metal being pulled apart. He tried to say they would take $500 off the car price and not fix the problem. Which all they had to do was tighten the bolt. The condition of the vehicle was not worth what they were asking. The car had been sitting since they asked $39k for that car. I told them after seeing the vehicle, I wouldn’t pay $34k out the door. But since the kid was trying. I entertained $36k out the door, take my trade in with no negative equity. The kid said his manager needed a higher number. If I could do $39k I said $36,888 is my final and best. Once I walk away, don’t call me. And the car will still be sitting there. Today that vehicle is still there. They’ve had to lower the price online to $30,500. Exploiting me stating I’m direct and stating all I’m willing to pay for is asking and tax and inflated fees since I understand they are a smaller dealership. Well they tried hard to push options I don’t need losing a deal and more money while the vehicle sits there. It makes no sense for me to purchase maintenance or warranty on a 7 year old bmw at a Mitsubishi dealer to get repairs taken care of. I hope they learn their lesson and fix the customer service issue. Otherwise, they will always lose money and customers. More

Buyers beware, deceptive sales tactics. Dealership uses false advertising to bring people in, then they add $3,290 to the price for 'door guards and a fake security system. Buyer beware! This company pulls the bait and switch… the price listed online is NOT the price they’re going to sell to you at. The tack on fees for services that This company pulls the bait and switch… the price listed online is NOT the price they’re going to sell to you at. The tack on fees for services that you won’t want. Adding an additional $3,000 to the final purchase price. Also beware of the salesman Danny, very unprofessional and extremely shady. I went in last week and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership. Never going to give them my business. More

Visited the Puente Hills Mitsubishi to check out a Mercedes GT 53 listing with my family. Joey was very attentive with hospitality in showing us the vehicle and getting us situated for the car breakdo Mercedes GT 53 listing with my family. Joey was very attentive with hospitality in showing us the vehicle and getting us situated for the car breakdown. We brought several concerns about the vehicle to their attention by which we were greeted by sales manager, Danny. Vehicle had Atlas front tires…who puts knock-off tires on a $90k vehicle and expects the customer not to raise that as a concern? The dashboard read “service overdue”, if the vehicle is going to be shown to potential customers it’d be ideal to have that addressed beforehand. The rear bumper seemed misaligned sticking out on the left tailgate side. Joey introduced us to sales manager, Danny whom would assist us with addressing our concerns about the vehicle. He immediately became territorial about their financial process accusing my fiancé of looking out for his best interest and him not making any money out of this transaction. What type of customer service demeanor is this employee representing? Our vehicle concerns were disregarded, never conversed about. Instead Danny raised his voice and made affirmative judgment on the final price despite the vehicle concerns we made Joey aware of. His outrageous behavior gave no room for car negotiations in which we were no longer interested to pursue business. Instead of thanking us for our time and apologizing for not working out a deal he rushed back into the office heated without any remarks. Joey was very polite in addressing the discomfort Danny created and apologized for the inconvenience. I hope management takes repercussions in this type of employee behavior, no customer should need to experience such rude conduct. Future buyer…beware of knock-off front tires valued at about $100, rear bumper misalign and overdue service dashboard. More
