TERRIBLE I started the purchase process for two cars on May 11, 2026. I am writing this review on July 24, 2026--more than two and a half months later. I purchased these vehicles as high school graduati May 11, 2026. I am writing this review on July 24, 2026--more than two and a half months later. I purchased these vehicles as high school graduation gifts for my two daughters, who are starting college in August 2026. I began shopping well in advance to make sure everything would be ready on time, and I was very specific about the exact vehicles and colors I wanted. I live in Texas and couldn't find the cars locally in El Paso, so I decided to purchase from Nash Auto in Costa Mesa, California. I 100% regret not buying locally. As of today, one of the cars is still not registered. The vehicles were also delivered one week later than the agreed date. From the very beginning, I made it clear that I needed them by June 1st. Instead, they arrived on June 6th, and to make matters worse, they arrived without temporary paper plates or a temporary operating permit. That meant I was paying insurance from day one while being unable to legally drive the vehicles. The customer service after the sale has been extremely disappointing. There has been no proactive follow-up whatsoever. Every update has required me to repeatedly call or send emails just to find out what was happening. And yes--the other reviews are accurate. They do not disclose the approximately $1,400 tracking device until you are signing the contracts and suddenly discover the charge. They also require you to purchase a $2,400 major maintenance contract. If I had known all of this beforehand, I would have walked away. After this experience: I will never buy a vehicle from an out-of-state dealer again. I would never recommend Nash Auto in Costa Mesa, California. What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of empathy. At no point did anyone seem to care about the impact these delays and problems had on my family. This purchase was meant to celebrate an important milestone in my daughters' lives, and instead it became months of stress, constant follow-up, and unresolved issues. My daughters are about to start college, and one of the cars is still not legally usable. That is simply unacceptable. More
