Danny, Steve, and Nate were fantastic in our purchase of a first new car for our daughter! We dreaded having to go into the dealership which usually ends up being there a whole day. I went through Costco car buying program and were sent to Trust Antelope Valley Subaru. I have had 4 Subaru's leased through more local dealerships but this one was recommended by Costco. We got a quote quickly and there was no pressure and no hounding phone calls. I was able to negotiate and sign paperwork online. Danny delivered the car himself quickly, only few docs to sign in person, and gave our daughter the rundown of the car in our driveway. Danny and everyone were so friendly, relatable (not car salesy), knowledgeable, and felt like a friend. Thank you to everyone at Trust for making this a great experience! We will be back! We now have another Subaru loyalist in the family!

The documentation took just 15 mins and I could drive out. The history of the vehicle was well explained and overall, I am extremely impressed with the process and the way the vehicle was delivered.

The service is great. The environment is relaxing and stress free with a very helpful and friendly sales and service staff. I was unfortunate to have some car issues which were not easy to fix in one visit. The service department did not neglect the problem, but continued to work to solve the problem by following up with me to come back to make sure the issue was resolved. Hats off to Laura Flannigan for getting different service techs including Subaru engaged in resolution of the issue.

After a very disappointing experience at another Subaru dealership, visiting Subaru Santa Monica turned out to be a completely different story. From the moment I arrived the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. While waiting for my service I walked through the showroom and was greeted right away by a friendly salesperson with a genuine smile and no pressure at all. My service advisor Kevin was calm, polite and very professional. When we discussed the engine air filter, he checked the condition and explained that based on how it looked it could wait a little longer and suggested replacing it during a future visit. I appreciated that honest and practical approach. The whole visit felt easy, respectful and customer-focused. While I was there I also noticed a new Subaru model in bright yellow — amazing shape and color. After driving my red one for a few years, I suddenly thought that maybe my next lease should be yellow. I had a great experience purchasing a new Subaru Legacy at Subaru of Thousand Oaks. The purchase was facilitated by two outstanding sales people: Mathias and Leena. Mathias corresponded with me to let me know when the car I was interested in came in. Leena demonstrated most aspects of the car in great detail during the test drive with great patience and sweetness. Both Mathias and Leena were very knowledgeable, pleasant, sharp and not pushy (which is very rare among car sales people). I was made to feel very comfortable during the whole process and treated with respect. I live all the way in West LA and they drove the car to my house that same evening, so I did not have to leave my Honda behind in Thousand Oaks. They later followed up to ensure satisfaction. Kudos as well to Rodrigo who authorized the deal and to Jose Magana, the Manager who stepped in to prevent a glitch. This is the type of service you seldom find as a woman buying a car. I recommend them most highly.

Had a major electrical issue with multiple warning light showing. After taking the car back 3 times and leaving it with them for a couple of days each time they finally got it fixed (so far). The service dept was very helpful and kept me in the loop with what they discovered and what repairs were attempted. Hope everybody else receives the Great service I got!
