Our experience with Fairfield Subaru was excellent. We originally purchased a used Ascent with Carmax but ended up returning it due to some possible long term issues found. Our experience with Carmax was excellent as well with zero hassles or questions after deciding to return the car. We subsequently decided to consider the smaller Outback and Fairfield Subaru made the decision an easy one for us. Hadas, our salesperson, spent several visits patiently answering questions and test driving with no hard sales pitch or pressure. Turned out the Outback better met our needs and we could not be happier with our decision or the car. And the bonus of feeling like we found a “Subaru home” that we will be confident taking our car to for ongoing future service.

Bought a preowned crosstrek from this dealer a week ago even before we left after all paperwork and they washed the car and getting it ready to deliver, spotted a nail in the rear tire. Took it home the car stayed in the garage over the weekend we found out one of the head light was not working. So we brought the car back on the way there, I spotted a tiny chip on the passenger side of the windshield. The headlight was having electrical issues which in the warranty. They refused to fix the chip claiming that they inspected the car before listing it. If they did a thorough inspection as they claimed, why didn’t they see the headlight and the nail issues?
