After a long night at the dealership I was excited on our new purchase. The following morning I noticed my seats were cut by a blade. I contacted Alexa my sales rep about the situation and she agreed to get new purchase. The following morning I noticed my seats were cut by a blade. I contacted Alexa my sales rep about the situation and she agreed to get the seat taken care of. A few days go by and I contact her again and she relayed the information to her manager Chris Murphy. Who then called me and agreed to take care of it. Several days go by so I call again to follow up. Chris Murphy asked me if I’m would be willing to come to the dealership to get it replaced. I said sure, no problem. About another week goes by with no call back. I called and when I told Chris Murphy who I was, he replied “oh, it’s you again” in a very condescending tone. At that time, Chris refused to make good on his word and more importantly his responsibility to take care of the mistakes his team made. This goes to show how they treat their customers after the sale. More

Amazing All Around! I had a terrible experience at my local dealership that I had been a loyal customer of for my last 3 Subaru’s. Dylan at Sutherlin reached out and offered to help me out despite being 80 miles away. His non aggressive approach made my new Trailseeker an easy choice despite the long drive to get there! Beautiful dealership. From the friendly greeting and checking in with me by staff throughout my visit, I was impressed. My salesperson Frank was incredibly helpful and we kept in touch until I was ready to lease a new car. He found me the best deal for my situation and although I didn't buy what I usually lease, I ended up in touch until I was ready to lease a new car. He found me the best deal for my situation and although I didn't buy what I usually lease, I ended up with a great leasing deal on an Impreza Sport. It has great mileage and many of the same features that I had in my Outback. I always feel welcome when I come in. They have good snacks, coffee and tea. I couldn't be happier with my lease. The entire staff there is knowledgeable and friendly. They really take care of their loyal customers and there was no pressure to make a decision.
