I had our Traverse in for an oil change and requested an appraisal of its value. Steve Johnson was the service advisor, I use him as my go to advisor he never disappoints. He had all the work done and had the appraisal done as well in a timely manner. he sent notifications as to where my car was during the process and what else needed attention. I appreciate Steve's professionalism and and attitude toward customer relations.

She identified issues that should have been caught by previous techs, which makes me concerned about the quality of previous work. I had problems in the same system for almost a year now. And, I've spent lots of money for you to make the repairs. Now I'm feeling like the problem is solved.

I brought my car in because the check engine light was on. My service advisor, Anthony Nunez was helpful when he took my car in. They found the problem and Anthony ordered the part which came in within two days. Anthony called me to scheduled an appointment. When I returned to have the part installed, I left the car and he texted me when the work was completed. During my interaction with Anthony, he communicated all the time when the car was at the service dept. I find that refreshing in a time when customer service is a low. Kudos to Anthony at the Penske Chevrolet team of Cerritos.
