I found Cadillac Marin searching for a 2024 Cadillac Escalade. I had originally been looking for a low mileage used car and they had a good candidate which I inquired about. I was paired with a sales representative named Alex Perez who was not only a very pleasant person to deal with, but he listened to the deal parameters I needed and paired me up with a perfect car and found a way to put a deal together that was not only a great deal but it felt complete fair. There were no last minute surprises. Just straight dealing. I would highly recommend this dealership and ask for Alex Perez. He will take excellent care of you.

I recently had an incredibly bad and frustrating experience with the sales team at Dublin Chevrolet. From the moment I stepped onto store, felt disrespected the way sales team treat customers (especailly people sitting behind the glass cabin). The biggest reason i walked out of the store was The sales manager David, who was outrageous. Its not worth any ones time to even interact with him. He is absolutely not tolerable individual along with few folks standing next to him. The entire team during that time were impersonal. If you can't offer a deal, you have better ways to communicate or you can say " Sorry we cant offer" . No need to bring the other sales folks around and made a joke about the situation. Overall, I left Dublin Chevrolet feeling disappointed and frustrated. The sales team's aggressive behavior , lack of customer service made the car-buying experience unpleasant. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone to walk into their sales office

I had an appointment for a simple oil change and general maintenance check up ,recalls ,updates etc… I arrived at 2 and 4 hours later nobody had a clue where my truck was or paperwork.service advisors didn’t seem to care or were being very friendly.don’t care attitude.not very usual for this dealership.didn’t offered me any suggestions for my next service,I had to ask for my rewards gmc app to be add it .basically I was doing their job ,I had to ask for everything even at closing time .

I would actually give the service department less than 1 star. I have contacted the bureau of automotive repairs to look into their business practices. The GM never even gave the courtesy of returning my call. Shame on you. During one repair, 270 miles were put on my car. Bad business. Sales department is okay but I was promised chips for my car in 6 weeks and haven't heard back. Cadillac owners beware!

I just bought the CT5 from this dealership. The service was very good. The salesperson Iris was very knowledgeable and provided me all the information on the car and how to use it. She walks with me step by step the functions, and more important I came back several times for some extra information and Iris was very helpful each time I came back. I got good deal on my old car, probably as good as I can get. The gave me also a good deal on my new car. Overall, the process was relatively easy, no push to buy extra and the written contract was exactly as promised. One small thing. This car as many other cars has no spare tire or sealer kit (which in my opinion is useless anyway).
