The representatives at the dealership are very friendly and cooperative. Xavier took an extra effort to make a video of the car and send it to me and that has significantly contributed in purchasing the Ca and cooperative. I was disappointed with my recent experience regarding my daughter’s Nissan Kicks. I initially scheduled service at Team Cadillac, only to find out when I arrived that I had actually been assigned to the Maz daughter’s Nissan Kicks. I initially scheduled service at Team Cadillac, only to find out when I arrived that I had actually been assigned to the Mazda dealership next door because of the type of vehicle. That information should have been communicated before my appointment instead of me finding out after I arrived. My biggest concern was the repair estimate. I purchased both an extended warranty and a service warranty specifically to help cover unexpected repairs, yet I was told the mass airflow sensor would not be covered and that I would have to pay nearly $1,000 out of pocket. I was told it wasn’t covered because the part had supposedly been replaced before, something I had no knowledge of. The explanation didn’t make sense to me and left me feeling confused. Instead of feeling like someone was trying to help me understand my options, I felt like I was being pushed into paying for an expensive repair. I declined the repair because the cost was unreasonable, and I left feeling like the focus was more on making money than helping the customer. I previously had a fantastic experience working with Stan. I brought my Escalade in for service on an ongoing issue as well as additional issues. A new service person Neyally was assisting me. I literally had to fight to get updated on my car. They kept it for 4 weeks due to a warranty approval issue. You’d expect their keep me apprised of the progress- or lack there of on a daily basis. But apparently they never felt it was necessary. I went an entire week without hearing anything from them all the while having to pay for a rental. When I picked up my car she never even went through the work that was done and merely asked if I had any questions. I had to confirm what they repaired and it turned out they identified an issue related to a noise I reported. But she never even updated me regarding the identification of what was causing that. I have to pay extra for the hourly rate that isn’t covered by my warranty and I ate that cost because of the service I got from Stan. If I could give a minus star I would. I will not be taking my Escalade back. Period. More
