I had a frustrating experience with the parts department, specifically with Brandon. His attitude came across as dismissive and unhelpful, which made the process more difficult than it needed to be. On top of that, the parts were ordered incorrectly multiple times, causing delays and inconvenience. I understand mistakes can happen, but the lack of attention to detail and poor customer service was disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the overall experience for customers. More

We purchased a new Chevy 3500 from them in 2/20. It has been in the shop since 2/24. Today is 3/28. They don’t communicate delays or make their commitments for reply. They do not stand by their product and their service is by far the worst I’ve had in 25 years of buying cars. Very disappointing. More
