I brought the car in because my check engine light came on. Unfortunately, the cost of repair far exceeds (by a factor of 10) the value of the car. Sergio said the car will keep charging until such time as the charging mechanism fails completely. I guess that's the drawback to having a 12 year old car. :(

I visited your dealership with the intention of purchasing a vehicle for my brother, and everything was proceeding smoothly until a desk manager named Tony intervened. Tony's behavior was extremely unprofessional, rude, and, most disturbingly, racist. His aggravated demeanor and unacceptable comments caused significant distress and ultimately led me to break off the deal. It is disheartening to encounter such conduct, especially in a professional setting where customers expect respect and courtesy. I hope you will address this matter with the seriousness it deserves. I believe that no customer should have to endure the kind of treatment I experienced. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to ensure this does not happen to anyone else in the future.

I recently had an incredibly bad and frustrating experience with the sales team at Dublin Chevrolet. From the moment I stepped onto store, felt disrespected the way sales team treat customers (especailly people sitting behind the glass cabin). The biggest reason i walked out of the store was The sales manager David, who was outrageous. Its not worth any ones time to even interact with him. He is absolutely not tolerable individual along with few folks standing next to him. The entire team during that time were impersonal. If you can't offer a deal, you have better ways to communicate or you can say " Sorry we cant offer" . No need to bring the other sales folks around and made a joke about the situation. Overall, I left Dublin Chevrolet feeling disappointed and frustrated. The sales team's aggressive behavior , lack of customer service made the car-buying experience unpleasant. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone to walk into their sales office
