I contacted the salesman Greg inquiring about a Mustang I was interested in. Greg got right back to me and set up an appointment for me to see the Mustang. Upon arrival the vehicle was in the front lot and my wife and I looked at the vehicle before entering the building. Upon entering Greg greeted me and advised we could test drive the Mustang when we are ready. I drove the vehicle and really enjoyed it and my wife liked the Mustang as well. We arrived back at the dealership and I spoke with my wife and decided the Mustang was what I wanted. Greg assisted me through the purchasing process and as we were doing this the Mustang was getting prepared are ready. We have purchased vehicles before and had to wait around before this was done. I met with the finance gentleman to go over the numbers and to add any warranties that are available. The finance guy was great and made me feel at ease and explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. Once the paperwork was complete the Mustang was out front ready for me to go. I would recommend Autonation Ford Scottsdale to my friends and family due to the ease of the process and Greg helping with that as well. The sales manager introduced himself and congratulated me on purchasing the Mustang. Top notch Ford dealership.

In October 2022, we bought a 2018 Ford Raptor from a - cruiser_nancy

In October 2022, we bought a 2018 Ford Raptor from a small car dealership. It had 75,000 miles on it. We bought an extended warranty with the truck. At the end of May/June 2023, the truck went into limp mode on my way home, from out of town. We had the truck towed to Anderson Ford Kingman. Lacie Korson, Assistant Service Manager handled all the details for getting the truck repaired. As it turned out, the engine had to be replaced! Since it is a Raptor, every thing is more expensive. We have the extended warranty through ASC Warranty. This company was the easy one we have ever worked with. Lacie did all the contact with them and they contacted me via text with the status of the repair. The only thing they did not pay for was taxes, diagnostic, filter and fluids and there was no deductible. Lacie kept me informed as to the status. If I did have to call her and she didn't answer, I would leave a message and she would call me back, usually the same day. We had zero problems with Kingman Ford. I was skeptical after reading some of these reviews, but the latest one was from a year ago. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for service or buying a vehicle.

Singlehandedly the worst car buying attempt I've ever had and I've bought about 30 cars from many different places. The manager was the most combative and argumentative I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He has the "my way, or no way attitude". When I would point out things that other dealers were doing he'd just ignore me or deflect. Very disrespectful and condescending. I'm used to having to do a little back forth but never had someone be so dismissive and treat me like I he could care less if I bought from them. I could not recommend buying from them. But being a typical 80s style car dealer I'm sure he would say I'm the difficult one because it couldn't be him.
