Salesperson was pushy, didn't take time to understand what I wanted, and I ended up in a car I don't actually like. After the transaction was finished and we were waiting on finance he tried this weird ' what I wanted, and I ended up in a car I don't actually like. After the transaction was finished and we were waiting on finance he tried this weird 'gotcha' move about my music taste??? Then told me 'not that it's my business but you could have afforded something more expensive' like my dude if you'd backed off at any point maybe I would have. I've had good experiences there before and I want to be able to recommend the dealership to people who are commenting on my new car, but I just can't! Plus, I've received many texts and emails about rating! Which I've already done! If I could do it again I would not have purchased and gone somewhere else where I'd be heard and in my dream car. ????? More

We waited for over 3 hours for papers to be drawn up while our kids and their babysitter waited. We told them we were kind of in a hurry because she was supposed to be off at 7;30 PM but they didn't eve while our kids and their babysitter waited.
