Poor time management and customer service. I waited over 35 minutes to be seen for an oil change and was quoted two hours Upon my return, the vehicle had not even been seen yet. Luis did not return my calls nor confirm the vehicle was ready for pick up. After a week, I needed the car so I showed up at the dealership to pick up the car. When I picked up the car, I was not provided with any paperwork on the warranty repairs that were completed nor any work that they completed. I have reached out to Luis several times since picking up the car and he has not returned my calls or answered my voicemails. When I picked up the car, my white interior had grease stains all over the seat, door, center console, windshield, and steering wheel. To date, I have no idea what they did and whether they are still working on getting the backordered parts. Awful experience. More
