Hello AW, I am sorry for the treatment while coming in for service. I cant tell who you are so I cant work to make things better unless I can investigate and see who you were working with. The service should reflect when we check the car for recalls. In terms of the airbag light, We dont charge upfront for diagnostic. It is just an authorization. Meaning if it is being caused by something outside of a warranty issue, ( rodent damage, accident damage,etc) then you would owe the 250 for diagnostic. Once we discover the root cause then we can waive the diag if it is as a result of a battery we put in etc. As far as the tire goes, I woulld be more inclined to say there is an alignment issue with the car rather than a swapped tire. The potholes in the city of Chicago can do that. Please call so I can give more clarity.
