Bought my Tiguan in 2020 and prepaid 5 years of service through 2025. Car is good but each time I show up for my annual pre-paid check up they pretend to have lost proof of purchase or try to charge me for through 2025. After the 3 year/30k service I noticed they swapped my battery out. They tried to charge me $250 to simply check why the airbag light was on (hint it was because they swapped the battery out, resetting all the technology). For the 4 year check up they tried to charge me for something they "forgot" to do for the 3 year check up. Don't get my starter to tires...I believe they swapped one of my tires as I noticed the treads on just one of them were significantly lower than the others (either that or I am driving on one wheel). I was able to check-in just fine. But the price was higher than online when I made my appointment. Price was adjusted to match the quoted price. I was told that I was not able to pick up my vehicle even with my receipt. It was very inconvenient and unnecessary. Highly upset with the lack of service at this location. The sales reps were more interested in their clients trying to purchase newer vehicles than mine. More
