11/15/19 Hi - Adam was super helpful while I was waiting for my vehicle. However, from what I can assume was out of his control my oil change took more than 2 Hi - Adam was super helpful while I was waiting for my vehicle. However, from what I can assume was out of his control my oil change took more than 2 hours and I did not receive the typical complimentary car wash or have my summer mats changed out to winter (as I requested). Cars are either in the showroom, scattered throughout the parking structure or at an offsite garage. But the sales staff is very open and honest and the prices are always fair. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from this dealership and I'd highly recommend them to anybody looking for a great car at a great price. I travel 40 miles and fight Chicago traffic to get to them, but the experience and savings make it well worth the trip. Great people and great service! More
